I was lucky to have a father who gave me a Mossberg 500 ATP. I got it when I was 16 for hunting (Pennsylvania only allows 3 shells so we plugged the tube) 21 years later I still have it and it's absolutely one of my most prized possessions. For anyone who owns a Mossberg or Maverick and doesn't know: you don't have to work the action to unload all the rounds in the magazine tube. There's a spring bar that retains the shells at the opening of the magazine tube, directly behind the next shell. You can depress this bar and the shells come out one at a time.

    Nice! Just to add:
Because there is no rear sight, sometimes beginners tend to aim too high and completely miss the target.
Also, since the recoil is stronger, you must aim lower to hit the target's center mass. If the target is up close, aiming at the abdomen would probably be a decent approximation. If the target is far, you might have to aim at the target's groin or even lower.
When aiming down the sights, make sure to use the fleshy part of your cheek when leaning on the weapon. This weapon will hurt the bony parts of your face.
Lean your weight a little forward or you might just end up on your butt. It's even more likely if you're smol.

You should make this for the guns everyone gets for their first. Mav 88, rem 870, Glock, 1911, an AR. It’s clear, concise, and easy to digest. Perfect for new shooters.

I know when I get one it’ll come back to me but your vid’s are nice very clear especially to people that haven’t used one in a while .. got a new subscriber here good work makes me want to buy every gun you demonstrate on lol
