Barcelona's location on the Mediterranean coast gives the Catalan capital a varied selection of ingredients: seafood, meat, vegetables, wine and cava. From La Boqueria market to the restaurants on Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona offers a unique selection of Spanish and local food at low prices.

This was filmed prior to 1999 (it is over 20 years old) as the prices are given in Pesetas (2:58). It may have been cheap then, but I suspect things have changed. I was in Barcelona back in 1983 and it was VERY cheap. Ohhh, and the translation has some terrible pronunciations - it was clearly aimed at ignorant British people. Didn't anybody check it before it was published?

Very similar to Greek food. Veeery similar. Barcelona was an ancient Greek settlement. So...the similarities in the food are striking!!
