Omg, I was planning to buy a set, but couldnt find helpful review till now, thank you so much for your effort to describe everything in details! I finally got which shades I need 😭🌹🌹
Glad I could be of help!
I love the Cognac shade!! Gorgeous!!
Oooh, lip clays!! Sounds very intriguing. I’m excited to see this!!
Hope you enjoyed!
I have been waiting for this one for a while! Can't wait to find out your favorites, and see how the shades actually look on someone with a similar skin tone.

That first shade looks perfect on you!
Thanks! It is one of my favorites indeed.
Perfect review Monica, one day i will invest as i love these. ALL look fab on u and r wearable colours. I like how u added the highlighter to the black to show how u can change the colours. Love Alli X
her name is Maaike tho😉
Yeah I love showing options. And indeed, my name is spelled Maaike.
@@FloatinginDreams so sorry for spelling your name wrong Maaike. It is now saved in my dictionary. Love Alli X
Die teal kleur staat je juist GEWELDIG! 🥰❤
Aw dank je!
Thank you for this review! How would you say this formula compares to the Peripera Ink Velvets / Airy Velvets?
Thank you so much!
All those brights look really good as well as Cognac. I also got 4 lipclays 2 neutrals and 2 brighter shades. Need to play with them more as they are maybe a touch too emollient for my liking and smudged a bit. But very comfortable formula.
Yeah I like that you have time to play with these and I find they stay put okay as long as you don't eat too many outlandishly messy things. But still... with a liquid lip I want a little bit more.
Oh dear...now i want all of them! Hahaha...i think i will start with building a set of four in one of the tins.
It's so handy that tbey allow you to do that!
Wow, I'm shocked how much you speak to the light cool-toned skin category!! Most brands & CZcamsrs don't know we exist! I'm super cool-tone (with blue eyes & ash blonde w/white highlights) and I'm always on the hunt for the correct shades of everything. I'm really surprised at the shades of these lipsticks & how wearable they are on you. I'm going to order a set right now, however because Fall is coming I'm hesitant about getting Cactus Flower & trying Fiamma (candy apple with a hint of cool pink). Did you ever try that shade & which would you say run cool enough? Skipping Mercury Wave (have purples). I was thinking Wild Apple (just for a few weeks), Dahlia, Smeared Rouge and... ? They all look fabulous on you! Thanks for sharing!🤍
Didn't try Fiamma. I have too many things that are similar to it already. I personally get quite a lot of wear out of the black to deepen up the outer corners. It's unusual, but since these are so blendable you can get a bit more creative.
Hi Maaike I think my 18 year old goth self would have had great fun with some of those shades, but they're a bit "out there" for my now 50 year old taste. I don't really wear liquid lipstick (as I find them quite drying), but a more comfortable formula might work better for me. The other thing about liquid lipsticks is they're better in brighter shades I feel, whereas I wear mostly soft tones tbh. The softer tones I wear look ok when they're fading and not so obvious as a bright shade wearing away anyway. For longevity I tend to use a lip stain and then a creamier lipstick or gloss on top for some moisture. I do find these fun and creative and my much much younger self would have had a lot of fun with them (these type of shades were really difficult to find in the late eighties/early nineties, when I had my goth phase). From memory I wore red or purple lipstick mixed with a black pigment for a similar look, but that's what was available then. The less unusual shades look really good on you and are probably more wearable for day to day life, but you did say this wasn't your favourite formula for those. I do think the warmer blonde hair and brown eyes make a big difference in how some of the more brown shades look, as compared to how they would look with my ashier blonde and grey eyes (I don't think they would look good on me lol). A fun video however with something a little different to the norm. Best wishes.
Thanks Lorraine. I was surprised how good this black looked on me. I have tried others in the past but they were always very patchy or looked off. I will definitely be putting that black to use more often. I think it will be a great base for deepening up shades that are perhaps a bit bright.
I am inclined to get Queen of the night and scorpion fruit.

Also I think edgy subtle shades are so underrated. I have tons of nude lips with a gray or purpleish undertone, so it's unusual but still wearable.
So true! I own Thistle from Bite and it is a great taupe nude. Unusual but still wearable.
