    As a Pakistani living in the west, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind of love and support I got from Indians but I have been disappointed so many times by the absolute hatred and racism from my fellow muslim Afghans, many of who lived and studied in Pakistan 🇵🇰.

    Junaid bhai,
    IT IS SICK FOR DOUBLE COUSINS TO GET MARRIED! Why? Because double cousins share THE SAME FOUR grandparents. So basically instead of the usual 12.5% of DNA that first cousins share, double cousins share around 25% of DNA. That is the same amount of DNA a person would share with a half-sibling (a brother or sister who has one parent in common). Glad that the marriage has not been consummated because it would be like sleeping with a sister from your dad's second marriage. genetically, this would be very very problematic for any offspring/child that might come about from this relationship.
    This is one marriage that needs to end ASAP!

His neighbor was building a house and he warned his neighbors that their sewage would not be allowed to pass through the drain in front of their house. There was a bitter discussion about this nd four people were killed.

      @@slowknife2873 I agree.
      But Pakistani Punjabis allowed Muhajirs to introduce cultural traits like the language URDU and Urban UP/Bihari Muslim cuisine like Nihari and Haleem to Punjab.
      Punjab linguistically had nothing to do with URDU or the Punjabi cuisine has nothing to do with the Urban UP/Bihari Muslim cuisine.

    • @Anarkali07
      @Anarkali07 Před rokem

      @@hotfun07 Well what were panjabis suppose to do ? Force them to adopt their own culture and language ? Muhajirs migrated to Pakistan to escape any persecution they thought they would face under hindus rule and Pakistan was made to help these indian Muslims not to oppress them based on their ethnicity besides Urdu was the second official language of British Raj, after English, so it's influence spread in panjab due to British raj mostly, not muhajirs of partition, I wonder if Sindhi Hindus also had a similar effect on the north indian culture, or on the state they mostly migrated to during partition

    • @hotfun07
      @hotfun07 Před rokem

      @@Anarkali07 Ma'am,
      Urdu is an urban North Indian tongue.
      Firstly, Majority Punjabis speak Punjabi. Sindhis speak Sindhi.
      Urdu could have been made second official language of the Province of Sindh as Sindh had fairly large proportion of Urdu speaking Migrants. Even Punjab could have made Urdu a second official language given Urdu was used as medium of instruction and as language of Governance by the Brits in the Punjab.
      Secondly, if Muhajirs had settled in non Urdu speaking regions of the Sub continent, they shall eventually become bilingual and their mother tongue over generations will accept many Sindhi or Punjabi language traits, vocabulary, accent, etc. Similar exchange will also happen in reverse. Punjabi and Sindhi will also accept lot of Urdu vocabulary and such. This is how languages evolve. Sub continental languages had already accepted a lot of vocabulary from West Asian and Central Asian languages like Arabic, Persian, Turkish. It is this exchange of vocabulary which evolved into Urdu in the upper Gangetic Plains after the West/Central Asian vocabulary was absorbed into the dialect of Hindi known as Khari Boli. The proto Urdu speakers moved into the Deccan in the later half of 14th century where a new dialect of Urdu evolved, Dekkani. However, Urdu even in North India continued to be an Urban tongue of the educated, not of the masses, Hindu or Muslim.
      Languages and dialects of Sindh and Punjab had also absorbed lot of vocabulary from West Asian and Central Asian languages over millennia.
      My understanding is every individual or community eventually accepts the language of the region they move into.
      Thirdly, Urban Sindh already has the urban UP/Bihari cuisine as the Cullinary Benchmark. What we dont see is the popularity of the Sindhi cuisine in cities like Khi or Hyderabad.
      When I said Punjabis had themselves taken to the Urban UP/Bihari cuisine in a big way, I meant we dont see the more simple yet nutritious Pind da Khaana or Ghar da Khaana as a benchmark of Punjabi cuisine in Urban Pakistani Punjab unlike India.
      In India and abroad, what is popular as the North Indian cuisine is primarily Pind and Ghar ka khana of the different Punjabi and Pishori comunities who moved into Delhi or Indian Punjab and rest of North India. And in a way, these communities took the Indian cuisine to the World by their enterprise.

Liaqat Ali Khan was shot by an afghani afghanistan was the last country to recognise Pakistan as an independent nation and I don’t think i need to tell you how extremely uncivilised they are there are hundreds of thousands of registered afghan refugees in Pakistan not to mention the ones that are illegally living here they live in our country use our resources and still they hate our country and support our enemies i mean if you don’t like our country then go back to your country and on top of all this some people still support them and when you ask them why do you support them then all of them use this same infamous excuse (Yar humaray muslim bhai hai)

    Families of Indians whose grandparents had moved from Sindh, NWFP, Balochistan, districts of Punjab ending up with Pak and Pakistani administered Kashmir proudly call themselves Lahori, Jhangi, Multani, Sindhi, Hazare wale, Pishori, Poonchi, etc etc.

    • @Anarkali07
      @Anarkali07 Před rokem

      Muhajir isn't a label, it basically means "migrants" and pakistanis don't hate muhajirs, that's a bit of a over exaggeration, only some ethnic nationalists of panjab and Sindh have negative views of muhajirs cause they see them as "outsiders" which is sad, as far as the decendants of those muhajir/indian migrants go, many of them aren't very curious about their families origin but those who are will love to talk about their forefathers, which corner of Delhi they lived in and what businesses they owned

    • @hotfun07
      @hotfun07 Před rokem

      @@Anarkali07 I didnt use the word 'Hate'.
      I see Pakistanis with their origins in the Hindi speaking regions of India usually being very defensive about the term 'Muhajir'. If the literal translation of the word is the culprit, then the community might as well had started self identifying as Urdu Speakers and the State should have followed suit.
      There is much diversity within the Urdu speaking lot as all North Indian states are very diverse culturally although they speak different dialects of Hindi/Urdu.
      A Bihari would be very different from, say a Rangari or a Bhopali or Indori ✌
      I dont see this defensive attitude in other migrant communities like the Memons or rest of the Gujaratis.

    I write this long note because some how I can relate with her obese wife. Kindly read it completely.
    Responding to the email: The man wants to divorce his wife because she is fat, lazy, and has no discipline regarding sleep.
    A piece of advice to one of the emails in which he wants to divorce his wife. It clearly seems that you are not interested in her before marriage due to her obesity but still you chose to marry her (according to you it's a forced marriage). As Junaid bhai clearly states, "you are not a child you could do anything to stop this harm". I can understand that sometimes there are some circumstances in which you think you can't do anything.
    On contrary to Junaid bhai's advice of divorce, I think your sister's suggestion for couple therapy is more valid. Divorce can't guarantee your ultimate happiness and the problems in your wife are not impossible to resolve. This is the one side view of your marriage but maybe there is more to say on the behalf of your wife. She is obese so I can say with surety she had been going through body shaming a lot in her life which not only shattered her self-confidence but also distort her positive self-image. Maybe she has some toxic relationship with food. Sometimes we eat out of depression or due to our inner rebelliousness or reverse psychology. When every single person questioned your fat existence and gave you unasked remedies and advice to lose your weight you became more stubborn and did exactly the opposite to it. There are very few people who genuinely care about your health for your own well-being. People are more concerned about stereotypical beauty standards which you don't meet rather than your well-being. Even your own parents taunt you due to societal pressure or "moti larki say kon karay ga shadi". You can't able to think you are more than your body. These facts shift you into a denial mode you don't want to do anything productive in your life because above all you are always seen by your body image. You don't want to do self-care/self-love. You are no more interested in a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits. Because you will worthy of love only when you meet certain body criteria. They think they don't deserve love or they deserve life so they just pass their time in the world of laziness and procrastination. The only solace and comfort they felt from food, rest, and an undisciplined lifestyle. I am not justifying your wife's doing here. I just want to say... understand your wife's situation... that why she is like that?? Rather than being harsh on her be emphatic towards her. Try to understand her emotion if you want to give one more chance to your marriage. Rather than going to a quick fix as a Divorce, it does not guarantee your happiness. But if you change your strategy to deal with your wife may be it works... It is not like she doesn't want to work in your marriage as she had already lost 18kgs. Like seriously man you still think she can't do anything?? As you said, she loses weight for you, not for herself. Because…this is what she is conditioned by society to lose weight to look pleasant to her husband. When you do something to please someone else you only did such things for the short term. No one tells her that she is beautiful and worthy of love the way she is. To live a long and healthier life she needs to maintain herself not in the terms of losing numerical digits of her weight by starving herself but to clean her lense by changing her self-image in the mirror of her body. She needs to focus on making healthy choices in terms of food and physical mobility without thinking about losing weight. Because when you shift your mental focus to eat and exercise for her health rather than to eat and exercise for her weight loss, you perform well in long run. Weight loss is the by-product of a healthy lifestyle so it should not be the sole purpose. When you tell her to lose weight and leave junk food it triggers her body shaming trauma/guilt. It will not work in a long run. Try to deal with her with psychological tricks and hacks that your therapist will suggest.

    • @homestyle_Eat_Cook_Repeat
      @homestyle_Eat_Cook_Repeat Před rokem +1

      According to me, there are some tricks you can follow…
      1- Use reverse psychology:
      Don't ask her to lose weight or to leave junk. Ensure her that she can live on her terms. Sometimes you eat junk with her to vibin with her. This makes her comfortable with you.
      2- Ensure her that she is worthy of love no matter what body size she has.
      It brings back her self-confidence and she will think about her body in a positive image she will willing to do self-care and practice self-love. This self-love helps her to take care of her health. She will feel that she needs to opt for healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle.
      3- Stop checking on her food.
      It is so humiliating on so many levels. I am also facing all these issues which your wife is facing and my mother behaves like you as she always has an eye on my food calories (although I eat healthy still) it breaks my heart and self-confidence. She is my mother but still, I feel like this so what does your wife feels when her husband does this?
      4- Try to build a friendship bond with her.
      So that she is comfortable sharing her emotions with you. When you are truly befriending someone you don't want to let him/her down. For the sake of that person sometimes you surrender. You will try to respect each other opinions. Maybe your wife will stop arguing with you when you initiate to accept her opinions (for the short time). You know you are right but still, you choose to respect her opinion. After some time, your wife will do the same. Because what you give will get you in the end.
      5- Spend some quality time with her.
      You know your wife is lazy. So rather than criticizing her do something to change her bad habits. When you ensure her that you want to spend time with her as you enjoy her company. She will crave that time. You can make a schedule for this. Make a morning walk routine with her. Exchange sweet talks while walking. It motivates her to take long walks with you. Same you can take walk in the evening with her. At that time try to listen and feel her. You both can walk once or twice a day. Or engage her in some outdoor sport like badminton. When you are in a park with her... Go for a run race with her as a form of love not showing her that you did this to make her lose weight. See these things are tokens of love that revive her positive self-image rather than craving healthy food she will crave your love which definitely comes from her self-love. You can bring her fast food or ice cream by yourself as you are more inclined towards the things she loves. Try to buy one food and share it with her as an expression of love, not for the sake she doesn't exceed much in a cheat meal. As I say weight loss goal is a by-product of these things. Try to cook her favorite food in a healthy way once a week or a month. Make a habit of book reading together We always try to fix the world or society but when it comes to our relationships we give up immediately. Try these things for at least 3 months. If still you did not find any change or healthy development in your marriage then part ways but at least do some effort.
      As you say you are not in a physical relationship with her from the start which means you already made up your mind that you lose hope in your marriage and think of yourself as a victim by your elders. So come out of this victimization, try to work on your marriage. As you find so many faults in your wife may be you also have but your wife accepts them. No one is perfect. There is no guarantee your new wife (after divorce) has zero flaws. In the end, you compromise some flaws of hers and she compromises some flaws of you for the sake of love or your relationship. It's a two-way effort. Most of the time there is no right and wrong. Your right may be wrong for her and her right may be wrong for you. These matters are so grey neither white nor black but still, we chose to fight and argue just to comply with our egos although we can let go of the matter for the sake of our partner. When you can't let go of it then learns to communicate it with her with love, respect, and calmness. So that she can comprehend your stance rather offended by you.
      It will save you, your wife, your parents anparent'sarents life and heart to be broken.
      I am not an expert so kindly recheck my recommendations with your therapist.
      6- Consult a nutritionist and therapist.
      As she did mindless eating and craved junk food. Hire a nutritionist for her who can manage her food plans and includes healthy options for junk food in her diet so that she doesn't starve and carve for them. I don't know how she lost 18kgs before maybe it is a healthy or balanced diet or not. In Pakistan, there are so many nutritionists who add healthy recipes of junk food options to your daily diet. There are also so many food pages that delivered homemade healthy, yummy, and restaurant styles healthy junk, desi, Chinese, and continental foods. Two meals a day for a month cost almost 25-30k. It stops your cravings and makes you healthy and also lets you lose weight. The food also mentioned the exact calories. Ask her to take therapy to process her body shaming trauma which hinders her to make healthy choices in life.
      Last, Make her believe that you love her with all her imperfections and you want to live a long and healthier life with her. Communicate with her that she needs to change her lifestyle for her own well-being. When you are healthy you can love yourself fully and love your loved ones (husband and children) and most importantly, you can perform well in your ibadat as well. As I am diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my early twenties due to my overweight issue and I am unable to offer my prayers for 7 months. It's so heart-wrenching that you are unable to do Sajdah. Here I realized how much important our health is for a good quality of life and our connection with Allah. It feels so weakened to pray on the chair. Whoever reading this, kindly Remember me in your prayers.
      I hope this long note helps you or any other person in some way.

    Afghans have given you culture. They brought Islam in these areas. All the cuisines you eat are from there. The clothes you wear, Shalwar Kameez, Pant shirt came from the west. Urdu roots are in Persian and Arabic. Ghalib roots were from Turkey. Nusrat fateh ali khan roots were from Afghanistan. Baba Fareed ganj shakkar and other religious scholars were from Afghanistan. Imam abu dawood and tirmizi were from Afghanistan. Ghauri, Ghaznavi, Abdali, Durrani, Khilji, Suri were from there who ruled years on years in Indian subcontinent. Biryani origin is from Persia (birinj in farsi).
    What are you guys talking about? Labelling them scammers, rapists, looters and whatever indians are calling them just because they have ruled you. And moreover the word 'Ghairat' is also from Pashto.

      Your Pagri is Punjabi, your Pakol is Chitrali, your Kandahari topi is Sindhi topi, your language is yahdi, your land is Of Hindis.
      Dont label the Turks and Persians and Arabs who ruled over you as Afghanis.
      They dispised you and still do it today.

      As for Ruling, Afghanistan is itself a 300 year old creation of a Farsi slave called Abdali who was in the house of Nador Shah Farsi. One of the cojntless rulers who ruled over Khurasan.
      Punjabis under Ranjit singh dettled the score and to this day you fuks are crying over it

      The Talpurs were ethnically Baloch, and were descendants of Mir Sulaiman Kako Talpur, who had arrived in Sindh around 1680 from Balochistan and baloch are in afghanistan and baloch dont doesnt consider them selves pakistanis... and prime example of baloch in afghanistan is when ahmad shah abdali went after maratha empire he had significant amount of baloch army with him..
