Splinter Cell Blacklist is an incredible modernisation of the genre. I really hope Ubisoft bring back the Splinter Cell games at some point in the next few years. With some hard achievements.

Stumbled upon this video randomly but stayed for your commentary and jokes. Loved that you explain the story and slip in jokes naturally, definitely laughed at "poisoning the water supply with chemicals that turn people into LoL players". Loved stuff like that, telling what is actually happening but adding some spice. Great vid!
This gave me flashbacks of when I did Double Agent on Hard without firing a single shot; it wasn't an achievement, I was just very stubborn.
the blacklist is an underground street racing organisation which are a thorn in the eyes of the Rockport Police Department and especially in Sargeant Cross´. He´s so determined to get those people that he got himself a tuned Dodge Viper as his police car of choice while being accompanied by a whole fleet of modified Corvette police cars too.
But with the lack of racing in thisvideo I guess splinter cell must be some sort of spin off about undermining the criminal racing organisation off track or something

Oof... I can feel the pain just from the thumbnail alone. My friend and I had to farm for hours the Spies vs Mercs in private and public matches, just before Ubisoft shut down the servers, in order of getting some of the achievements...
Playing coop and getting the collectables wasn't too bad, at least.

It was always funny to me how the lights turned on when you were hidden, which realistically would show your position
It's old knowledge but the lights on the suit and goggles (not only Sam's goggles, but also enemy goggles too) are only visible to the player

You can, uh, silently walk. It's capslock on pc by default idk ab console, also you can have thermal vision, and it's op. Also enemies see you when ur in cover and see ur head.

I remember thinking this game was super hd and was the pinnacle of graphics in gaming.
Came for the Spinter Cell content, subbed for the P3 Sountrack in the background
Combinated the hardest archievments in one run...long hard trip, but it was worth. Got 100% in 2016.

You should give MGS5 a try, plenty of punishing and pretty wack achievements to be found there.....
I personally don't remember having much trouble with this one (except for the train station mission's last part), also I did it on hardest difficulty.
The only achievement I needed was for a game mode no one played

Your screen is squished vertically to fit the screen. This only happens with blacklist on Xbox. I usually fix that by customizing the scale on my tv. It’s a hassle

Chaos Theory, original xbox Double Agent (pretty much Chaos Theory part 2), and Blacklist are the best Splinter Cell games. But overall whole series is great.
For me Blacklist is the best modern stealth game, much, much better than MGS V.

I did this back on the 360, it isn’t as hard if you do it on new game plus, can cheese it completely
after you get the crosbow with the anastesic arrows or the drone with the electric charges the game makes really easy ;v is just farm and reapeat misions with better equipment

edit: after I saw this video I thought this could be fun to attempt so I just went and checked my achievements list and saw that I've already unlocked this achievement BACK IN 2019!!! as you probably can guess I was baffled by what I saw because I have no recollection of it...
