It's great that despite the rehab, he had time to look at some things over there. It's a great documentary. Thank you Trell for letting us participate in your training and the work to get back in top shape for the team. You're great. ❤️💚❤️💚🐇

I'll be a little different here, this great icon of rugby league, trellmit, let us in on his/our journey, but cred to Souths for trying something different, and Ingenia Holiday Parks for bringing us the journey.
Watching both videos clearly shows it was a hard working camp, no holiday trip.
Great also to see the Souths Rehab specialist attending and sucking it all in for future use. An investment beyond 1 player! Well done Mark Ellison.
The fact Souths are sharing this story shows we care about all league players not just Souths. To theircredit AFL and Football already sends players over.

I truly hope the Rabbitohs change your training program to accommodate, keep you accountable, to focus on the mechanics and training that you learnt in the USA. It really looks like it has improved your Natural Athletic Ability.
Big things to come TrellMit for the end of 2022. Keep up the hard work

Massive respect to South’s for sending Trel on this journey. Massive gamble which has paid off massively. Also massive respect to Latrell, he obviously loves South’s and loves rugby league, you can see the passion and hard work he has put into this recovery process.

Class by Latrell to pull himself out of origin selection, given that he only played 1 game returned when match fitness can take at least 6 weeks to get proper timing and such.
Given how fast origin was this year he probably would have been gassed badly even in the centres
Looking forward to him and turbo returning next year

Brilliant documentary and I couldn’t think of a better NRL player to go on this journey than Trell. Welcome home Trell and welcome back. We missed you as Souths fans and we couldn’t be prouder of you. So great to see your trainer with you every step of the way. Keep pushing Trell, all of us Rabbitohs fans are in your corner and there is lots more of us than idiots who work in the media, and trolls on social media! #istandwithtrellmit
