- Melbourne Storm are excited to share ‘In Due Time’, a documentary following Ryan Papenhuyzen’s rehabilitation in the US.
After shattering his kneecap in Round 18 of the 2022 NRL season, thanks to Storm’s Premium Partner Grill’d, Papenhuyzen travelled to Philadelphia to work with world-renowned rehabilitation specialist, Bill Knowles. - Sport
When we see these athletes return to the paddock from a season ending injury, we don’t see the hard work, physically & mentally, that they have to put in. Pap’s def has his head in the right space & has a great med/physio team backing his ability. Keep it real mate, do what you need to do to return to your potential so we can enjoy the glory of your return to the squad & future premierships. ⚡️💜⚡️💜⚡️💜⚡️

its heartbreaking how the injury acurred but he has overcome so well
Penrith fan, but I really enjoy watching Paps. I just hope he recovers in time, and at 100%. In the past 3 years I have seen the game change, and I don't want to see Paps left behind. The game is less without him in it. God speed on your recovery mate.

I'm not sure this guy even does anything tangibly physical to rehabilitate the injury. Rather, he rebuilds trust between the mind and the body. This is often the biggest barrier to recovery. Revolutionary.

Did you even watch the video he is a long way off and that’s ok ! The pressure from fan and the nrl to return quickly is what will cause more injury he will be back when he is fully ready
@@Bas16410 I'm not arguing that point, I was just saying what was on the Casualty ward, I don't want him to come back before he is ready, I'm a Storm fan, not only do I want him to be safe and healthy because I care about him and the other players, but on a team point of view, I'd rather he take extra weeks, than coming back early and being gone for more time. Especially since this is a massive injury.
