That cut from the resource pack in the staircase build of Grian to normal Minecraft is also one of the reasons why I love their content. They always keep their content on the move or more cinematic in the sense of how the surroundings change according to the scene. also their content in general is just immaculate but just wanted to point that out
they've both learned so much in these last years, I'm so proud of them for where they are now

I love how Grian talks about playing on an older version. I just found the ps3 Minecraft recently. So I'm playing on a version that doesnt have hoppers.
Its like a treasure hunt to find all the builds and hacks that work for my version! Its kinda fun in that sense.
After 3years and I've rewatched this today. I'm so proud how far Grian grew with redstone builds in hermitcraft.

I love Grian's furnace build, even at first glance. Don't think a lot of people will be able to fully utilize Mumbo's furnace build, just getting the materials to smelt alone is insane!

It’s not impossible, it’s just immensely difficult. You’d have to use a shitload of pistons retracting and pushing forward at very very precise intervals and it’ll look a bit abrupt.
Or just the entirety of Hogwarts.

This idea should use what you both did for the house video. Grian decorates Mumbo's redstone with buildings, and Mumbo puts redstone into Grian's builds. Bc I reckon, Mumbo could make the train move while you could decorate the farms/defenses.

Did you know...You can use droppers kinda like a cheaper hopper. I happened to get a dropper to fill a chest from the side. you still need one hopper to fill the first dropper though.
@@exemida There are a couple ways around it too, iron farms, mining expeditions, multiplayer mining expaditions. Also I might be wrong but can you not just buy iron from a villager?

@@exemida yeah, the thing is even with that trick you still need hoppers every 4 or 5 blocks to keep on transferring and the resources required keep building up more and more anyways
