Scrapman's editing is much better than it used to be. But it still not too edited which is why it makes scrapman different
Yes. He mentioned that some videos are gonna be edited by a different person

Music's changed, and the tempo of the video is faster, I'm a bit on the fence about that.
If its about your quality make sure that the worker follow your rule and style
For laggy creations, I recommend going into the settings and putting the physics setting to one under max (one under "advanced"). I've noticed that it has no noticeable impact on the physics, yet somehow brings back ALL of your frames.
i think they should change the way it works is very unintuitive with the final slot being advanced instead of “physics x” or whatever

The steampunk airship was definitely my favourite! I love steampunk and anything that can fly and both combined is the best thing ever!

I DID IT! I'M IN THE VIDEO! I have been waiting for the best builds thing since the discord announcement and i'm so happy i got into it. There was even more to the cathedral, because i wanted to connect the rooms with a network of tunnels in the walls, and for some odd reason i put far too much effort into that, but whatever THE 50+ HOURS WEREN'T WASTED WOO

The thumbnail gave me an idea
you should do a scrap mechanic series of a community sky base similar to your community series where you made a massive base suspended only by three bridges but instead of suspended by bridges it is suspended by thrusters keeping it up in the air so not only can you add onto it and not worry about the bridges glitching or breaking but you can also save it to the scrap mechanic workshop so that your community can make areas for you to add onto it that can easily connect to the base and I honestly think that it would be a really interesting series

Love the idea, only thing dragging it down is the lag it will make after just awhile
@@Moon.Mannio well if it gets too laggy he can delete some rooms that either are too big, too complex (eg lots of logic or moving parts) or rooms that he doesn’t really like anymore
@@brashirott3813 still the lag would be a problem very early on
12:00 part of the reason i love ornithopters so much is because you get to see almost and inside perspective of the mechanics of some animals wacky biology, with this flyer its a really spot on replica of how a dragon fly's wings actually work.
The minesweeper creation is super cool!
I wish he showed us how it was programmed.

@@SieraAsSyarif minesweeper is not actually a hard game at all, the numbers represent how many bombs there are in it's neighboring squares, so if a number 1 has only 1 unknown square next to it, it must be a bomb.

I like watching SM videos but I only played this game many years ago when it launched. I think I'll give it an other try.
1:46 needing to go outside to get to the bathrooms used to be kinda common design for fast food places, at least around where I lived as a kid.
But then, they ended up with issues with homeless people living in them or using them as places to shoot up.
Scrap man actually being able to play minesweeper is amazing

9:00 yes lasers can be explosive if they have enough heat, but it would be so much heat that it'd probably need to be in space to not overheat
My best build is definitely a hydrofoil jetski in Trailmakers. It’s also very small. Like a 10x6x6 size.
You can easily check the ornithopter: just disconnect the wings and see if it still fly. My guess is yes, it was too smooth for being scrap mechanic aerodynamic, it looked more like suspension glitch
that Ornithopter was really the best for me. and it's also from a movie ¨Dune¨

going too big used to be a huge problem for me also, just wanting to make something massive an magnificent, yet ending up with a hollow shell. What really helped me with that is actually doing the opposite. Making something just moderately small, then making these long pipe systems, made up wiring, and absolutely PACKING it to the brim with useless pipe and wore decor. now i can kinda get a scale for things, an get an image into my head about what would go were.. an making a design that if too small, i can easily expand upon. always start small with a design that can be expanded, then expand as needed an make the ‘shell’ last. like this huge cathedral, id start with the main rooms, an add some smaller ones overtime as id see fit. then working on the shell for the whole place, and boom. both a functioning and good looking place. always think of exterior decor as a last, an think of it as being disposable. fuction, into form.
17:30 i REALLY like that creation! chaotic yet almost organized yet not. barely functional, beautiful-yet unique creations, with no rhyme-or reason yet does, creations.
I can't wait for this to become a series.
The back wheels rotating makes total sense. Not for a high speed vehicle, but some large construction vehicles work like this.
scrap man should definitely do the flying skull thing they did in multiplayer monday but with planes instead

I have a scrap mechanic vid idea:
You each have a preset car, and you all have to build a track for those cars to race on, I think it'd be pretty...interesting to say the least
Your tank clip made me think you should make a helicopter tank in trailmakers where the barrel and turret double as the rotor for the heli

I'm pretty sure this just is a lock for home time or to prevent someone to rob you and get inside ^^

Honestly, all the songs in this video perfectly fit every creation that you find somehow! I especially love that adventurous song at the steampunk bar thing. I don’t understand how are you made the music fit so perfectly in all of these creations, but it makes it feel like I’m going on an adventure! I really want to know what all of these songs are.

@@ISplimeI I recommend checking out my playlist that is full of the music that this channel has used. It might be coming to a close because of the new editor's music choice but it still has hundreds of tracks in it.
The new editor does an amazing job! I really enjoyed this video. It had amazing editing, nice music, cool gameplay by you and of course it was in scrap mechanic (No matter what new games you play, nothing beats a nice scrap mechanic video like the good old days ☺)

17:53 when you play a scrap mechanic or modded minecraft server, but everything turns into tiny bases stacked and dependant on eachother, each with 1-3 players living in each, and then 5 players decide to disconnect and drive away. happened to me once on modded minecraft and looked almost exactly like this

I really wish I got the Discord notification for this event.
My best builds are all....... still in progress-ish, but I would've submitted the water tower that I built for the late Suspended Mountain Bridge Base community project (that or one pyramid on big ancient wheels).
Don't know if it would've made the cut, but I wish I could've at least try.

I like when scrapman pulls out the connection tool so we can see all the intricate spider webs going everywhere but I absolutely hate it at the same time because it always blocks the creation and you can't ever see anything else but the wires

When the airship flew, my mind was overloaded by just thinking about how much time was spent on the ship to make it perfectly stable while looking amazing....
The other creations we're really good too but the last one checks all the boxes.

The concept of there being a button there to LOCK A ROBBER IN THE STORE WITH YOU is terrifying! That's like the company that locked all its seamstresses in their building, and then they couldn't escape when there was a fire. I worked as a cashier, and let me tell you, a register full of money is NOT worth my life.

Lasers/plasma guns can't explode but they certainly can cause explosive boiling of solid matter if strong enough

My personal favorite was the: Floating Steampuweawedawknk Bar Ship
Day 80 of asking scrapman to do a multiplayer monday in survival mode where everyone starts at the crashed ship with a craftbot set up in the mechanic station, and everyone has 30 minutes to build a vehicle from scratch, no glitches, thrusters allowed, after which everyone meets up and races along some road :)
