Why is people giving bitter comments on his job / mortgage? You guys don't even know him personally, he might actually have other ways to earn money other than his job as a flight attendant...
Back to topic, it's a really nice apartment! Really well decorated :)
I dont see any comment talking about his mortgage
SQ cabin crew at least get paid SGD 5,000ish plus layover allowance. i believe he definitely could afford the mortgage
Other ways to earn money...like what?
I find it so ugly, if I am being honest. Please don't kill me for being honest. Or do you want me to only always sing praises and omit criticism? Let me know
@@arrowstheorem1881 We are all entitled to our own opinion, it's fine.
The mirrored cabinet door is genius!
Gorgeous home and it has things in it! So different from the empty studios we see.
Very artful design and effective use of space. What a transformation from the look before which I hope convinces one to ID their home.. no matter big or small.
That table is gorgeous. I have a similar one, bought at a flea market in Paris and had it repaired.
And those tiles for backsplash looks like a stack of gold bars !!💙😍
i love love LOVE!!!! the kopitiam dining table
Love the feature wall and spice cabinet .... great ideas 💡 👌
I love this style! It’s very comfortable for 1-2 people.
The mirror cupboard.... spot on!
Really inspired with all these modern looking small spaces!!!
very tastefully decorated
My gosh it’s more than superb. ur day bed n walking wardrobe r amazing for one bhk. I love that metallic look for kitchen walls as well
Looks very stylish and tasteful. Good job 👍
Beautiful. I've seen so many small space house deco in Singapore, this is the best, especially all your storage spaces
Luv it. Functional and beautiful.
Really cool & lovely home! Bravo for how you transformed your home into such a beautiful space!
The Spice cabinet thing is not a bad idea.
So cozy!
Very cool. Great ideas that I can borrow. Impressive! The spaces have been maximized.
Thanks for showing your lovely home 👍
i like the kitchen colours
Nice! More cosy than mansion!
Nice house. This guy got taste.😊😊
Have been watching videos to think of how to decorate my house and I seldom comment as the videos i saw were not practical to live and look more like showroom. This one is practical livable and easy to see.
4:13 hahaha the old cabinets also got safe distancing stickers
Love ur style..functional and cosy
Beautiful place!
Thanks for sharing 🌻
Nicely done .. kudos!!
I love his place. Nice colours and feels so cosy. The only thing I would change is the metallic finish on the kitchen. Love the kopitiam table and the seating place in the living room. Could use a plant or two. But will take up space I guess. Terrific idea with the Spice cabinet, it needs to be like that.i hate the deep pantry cupboard where everything gets forgotten once it goes at the back. Same with a clothes rack. Never get to use all clothes just have habit of picking up the ones at the front
Love it! 👍👍👍
Very nice and cozy apartment with a lot of character.
wow......... that balcony look SOOOO close to the other block................ @_@ the only thing i like about this is...... his comfy sofa like corner. :) Looks comfy to work from home tbh.
Very nice house
He is a Singapore Airlines cabin crew right? Feel familiar with his face.
@@khor694 yea but the description doesnt say the company name. it could be anywhere like jetstar, scoot, silk air, singapore airlines.
Hahaha really amaze by alot of sour comments from our locals. May God bless your, hope your are living a happy life. If not Dont feel too sad about your lives.
Approximately how much is the renovation?
Nice video
Awesome 👍
great taste
Quite good
wow
Nice
one bedder can also have fire in kitchen? I tot onli induction is allowed
Are we allowed to hack some parts of the Bay Window to as to build the store cabinet below the daybed?
No
No
can i know which interior company?
The space for the hob is....
Is the closet converted from a airborn shelter?
Josephine Teo should watch this
Hi may I ask where is this place at.? The layout is good
Is this series inspired or sponsored or funded by Small Space Jo. I can feel her vibes in these videos🤔
Lovely place!!! 🙆🏻♂️ I'd love to have 1 when i am eligible to get one as a single guy.. that is if i can afford.
48 square meters, about half the size of a 3-room HDB. I bet he paid more that 50K in total for the renovation plus appliances.
Good ideas... But don't overpay for shoebox parcel size. 517sqft parcel is a studio flat. Should be very cheap. Youth need to know that.
yes it's about $760k
Now this is what we Dutch people call “gezellig”.
Where's the TV??
on the wall opposite the day bed 🙂
I just walked into IKEA.
😂
Once a dream job to see the world. Now, not a good time for flight attendants world-wide with pay cuts and job losses.
Is the walk in wardrobe a bomb shelter? What happened to the metal door?
Very nice overall, but the kitchen doesn't look very functional, especially the hob area.
How did he manage to remove the bomb shelter HS door to make way for the walk in closet?
I thought only HDBs have bomb shelters? this is a condo isn’t it?
@@matreen427 if im not wrong, I think some condos also have bomb shelters
@@kageyamareijikun can confirm, my parents does.
kageyamareijikun yes, mine in bukit timah have a bomb shelter
I checked the floor plan. The condo name is Esterina located at Haig Ave. and indeed that is a CD shelter room. But i dont see there is any door in his walk in closet. So either they hide it really well or do some unauthorised door removal?
Getting smaller n smaller.
More n more Expensive.
Welcome to Most Expensive City on Planet
vincecarlo that goes to HK
Why is Singapore using the US metric system? 😉
Had to convert 517 sq ft to sq m on Google to have a sense of the size of the place.
Colourful, like 🌈 😏
Ehemm.. chief in flight..
That is a house?? It is strangely quite small
I think they probably took this video last year, with no masks and all in the video.. If its taken recently, the job/occupation would be: unemployed or swab executive or safe distancing ambassador...
Since SIA flights decreased by 99.6% in May or June YOY ..
Air Steward..... now got more time to do cleaning at home.
He opened his closet and walked out of it. Looks expensive place
His bf move in no space already lol
Maybe visiting or short stayovers
Can have queen sized Murphy bed. They don’t take up a lot of space.
legit looking for this comment
Or they can move to his bf space. And do it there.
You don't need a lot of space to have sex.
Nice house but i feel the reno might be too expensive for a small pigeon hole like this. Flight attendant can afford to buy condo ? I think maybe pre covid days. Whatever as long he is happy with his house.
Try living in a 2 room bto
Ok he’s a babe if you get what I mean.
Waiting for a bunch of salty comments, who can't afford a house themselves
I think he could afford a bungalow in Malaysia or a mansion in Indonesia..
I cant imagine how many Mortgage default would the Singaporean bank endure from just big herd of flight attendants. Especially when all flight attendants can afford house like this.
ilhamrj some may in full cash
My bathroom is bigger than that
I smelled sugar daddy
Jobless flight attendant right?
Chan Chun Sing: what is the point of your question?
Definitely gay man's lifestyle.
@ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Singaporeans are a lot more tolerant than you think. :) the person above may not be Singaporean. And he isn't criticising. He is only commenting.
Whatever his sexual desires and orientation, it's his life. We shouldn't comment other than the house featured here.
The house is nicely done.
so that window seat is his living room? dreadful. well furnished but feels cramped and ill-fitting, just like that blazer.
Nice
