One of my best photos I ever took was from one of my first shoots and it was a family shoot in a park. Had no idea what I was doing though lol. Great info!

I found for kids that never smile, will smile for other kids. I used my own, when they were younger, and had them making funny faces directly under my lens. On another outdoor shoot, I bought my dog, who licked the side of my face while I shot. Distracting, yes, but for capturing the only genuine smiles of the child that family had ever seen, was worth the face washing. In family (kids) photography, to get ‘that shot’ if your not cheating, your not trying !!

I really like your presentation style a lot but, almost all of the sample photos I see in your videos all look overexposed to me. I guess you just like it really, really bright.
I really like you and your videos but you are misleading photographers the 85 lens is the most important lens for portrait photographers and family and children photographers it is not a luxury lens. I have been shooting only with her for 12 years and it is not possible to shoot without her
