That last cinemasins was from Les Miserables. Hugh jackman played a character there, thats him singing.
5:28 That is actually a lesser known Marvel character called Bat-Man! He has the power of controlling bats (like, you know, baseball bats) and was of course created as joke character with a name similar to DC's Batman.
And yes, I did make this all up.

One thing I thought might have been an overlooked Cinemasin is how Angel flew on his own from New York to San Francisco in the same amount of time as the rest of the X-Men got there in the jet. Can he really flap his wings that hard? I'm assuming he didn't come with them in the jet, because we don't see him at all during the opening of the battle on Alcatraz.

Same here... Jeremy(the narrator of cinemasins) sounds way too oversmart and cocky... Plus most of the things he says arent even actually sins... Thats why i prefer th3birdman over cinemasins... He literally counts the sins of cinemasins which is way more satisfying

The 90's X-Men cartoon did a much better job of the Phoenix sagas!
I thought that was a gutsy move at first, but there was something about it that never felt right. I think it's because she randomly killed Cyclops in the beginning, so the Professor X death didn't have as much weight. I don't know anymore, lol

Got to admit, out of all the x men films, I have seen this one the most times. Not because I chose to, it was just the fact that it was always on for no reason. Also, here are some explanations in case you weren't aware. The last line from the Cinemasins video is from Les Miserables, which Hugh Jackman starred in. As mentioned in the pitch meeting, in the original storyline from the comics, the Phoenix force was an entity from space that destroyed entire planets and took over Jean's body, turning her into Phoenix or Dark Phoenix, but in the ultimate Marvel universe, Jean just had it as a part of her shattered psyche like in the movie, although there were also rumors in that universe that she was the reincarnation of a "phoenix god" so take that as you will.
And lastly, the whole "class" system in the last stand was based on the mutant scaling system in the comics, albeit tweaked a bit more thsn just changing words around. The level system goes Epsilon (characters that are physically altered but not very powerful such as Beak, the prime example of what I mean), Delta (characters with a very narrow power, such as Dominos luck power or Forge's ability to build anything he can think of if he has the materials), Gamma and Beta are similar, but Gamma level mutants have physical alterations with their powers (Night crawler, Beast, Wolverine) while Beta either have limits or can't control their powers as well (Cyclops is a good example), Alpha mutants have full control of their power due to its versatility (Colossus is a fantastic example), and then there are Omega mutants, or Class 5 as the last stand calls them. Omega level mutants are the most powerful mutants ever due to one power of theirs in particular being nigh unsurpassable by anyone else, giving them limitless potential. They can have just one power or more than one power, but only one power is Omega level while the other skills they might have are average. Some Omega mutants include Jean Grey (even before the Phoenix force happened), Storm, Iceman, and Magneto, but there are actually 12 of them in the marvel universe if you want to know.
Anyways, hopefully you learned a bit more from what I told you, and if you have time, could you please reply and help me to learn something? I would like to know the references to the following jokes from Honest Trailers you have reacted to: Hawkeye honest trailer: "Florence the Pugh, Florence the Pugh Russian little sister loves macaroni line," and Eternals honest trailer: "Sersi Roaming" for Sersi, and "Def Schlepper" for Makkari. Also, Florence The Pugh is a joke on Winnie The Pooh, Def Schlepper I think has to do with the actress that played Makkari actually being deaf and Sersi Roaming I don't really know, Lol.

So, to be fair, the "Dark Phoenix" is not a possession story. People always seem to forget that in the comics, it is a mental story. Chris Claremont (Writer of the comic) even went out and defended Kinberg's Dark Phoenix movie for being a lot more faithful to his story than many of the fans seemed to think. The Phoenix Force isn't something that possesses Jean, it's just a power it has no mind. It unlocks a personality and fierceness that was always there.
I still think the animated series did it best
Which brings me to the part that bugs me the most about X3: dark Phoenix / Jean killing cyclops. It makes no goddamn sense! Lol

Juggernaut is not a mutant, he got his powers from the Mystical Gem of Cyttorak. So the boys power would not be able to neutralize him. But i guess, its whatever. Its not like the entire Phoenix side story was any accurate to the comics aswell. Cheers!

I'm torn on the Dark Phoenix storyline adaptation; not about the two attempts so far, they both sucked. But is Disney going to try it AGAIN when the X-Men enter the MCU? I hope not. Actually I hope when the X-Men get rebooted that they go to the Savage Land. Just think; Wolverine vs a pack of Dakotaraptors or something!

Why are the dissing homo-sapiens? Even if they were to get a mutation they would still be considered the same species. Unless I missed the part where they could no longer interbreed with people who do not have that same gene.

I have no problem telling anyone this is my favorite X-Men movie. Its action packed and cartoony like the show. I turned my brain off and just enjoyed the hell out of it!

I agree that this bad movie is still entertaining to watch. I've seen it several times since FX played it a LOT and had behind the scenes content during the breaks.
While the saying "Don't stick your d**k in crazy" is a thing. Does it really even apply to Wolverine? Not going to lie, some of the best sex I have ever had has been the craziest women. If I had a healing factor I may even search that kinda thing out on purpose.
