And what a great day this was for sports, athletics and Basketball. Most of my athletic achievements have been working out and simply grinding. I've been out for 60 or 70 miles of cardio only to spend the last 10 miles - and maybe an hour or two of time - dragging on as if I was going to die. The pain and agony and days of soreness after my grind are still with me. But I guess if I want to break the record and achieve greatness... well maybe I have to suffer - even fail - to achieve ultimate success. If you are a coach and you team is always losing then it is obvious to everyone you might not know what you are doing.
