1) Broken chart - a chart that looks awful and keeps grinding lower. You might get little pops up but they don't hold.
2) Earning misses.
3) Increased Volatility
4) Key players leaving - normally the key players/management start leaving...
5) Decreased google search volume

I work at a warehouse for 5 years now and I notice the company is slowly losing money or units of customers. Some of the things I found out was the owners maxed out their credit cards and can’t get loans. Units been dropping from when I first started. The family own company carry produce and meat. I’ve heard that ever since the mother and father handed it down to their sons, everything’s been dropping. My hire date units was 12-15k units a night of customer orders and now it’s barely 7-6k a night now, Tuesday and Wednesday is only 3 to 4K a night. So watching your video and with covid going on, should I consider looking for a new job because this company might go under? Anyone suggestion?

I work in construction , I see many big fish fall , carillion , interserve , my prediction is Keir , Amey and other large management companies relying on government contract will hit the deck
