Tribute to West Coast Raven Flight Lead Joe "Shadey" Blank

Joe was liked by everyone. He was a gifted pilot and incredibly understanding and helpful flight lead. He may best be known as an ambassador of aviation as he helped many people build their own aircraft. Joe fought an incredible battle against colon cancer. He moved on to Heaven November 3rd 2016
