The depth of this game looks so good. Please make this a complete run. I am itching to get my hands on this when it releases tomorrow, but a Pravus playthrough would really cement my getting this or not.

I think there's a lot of "efficiency" mental defaults that needs to be changed for New Cycle. Like, buildings needs to be placed further away from each other because fires are actually a problem with spreading. Resource production and gathering early game seems very different from late game, so you need to consider that when placing resource gathering or building areas. And training makes time a rather valuable resource in a different way - normally you're trying to race to build/collect certain resources, but without training your gathering may not work or be so inefficient that it's almost not worth it.
Really happy how it changed from simple city builder, where you had abundant resources, triple rations, water for two showers daily, boosted by morale even further, your society demanded more. Suddenly advancement caused a lot of problems and brick by brick foundations were stripped, started trembling and I can see everything will need reorganization or it will fall apart. Not so simple city builder anymore. :)

Fun fact, in England where two navy minesweeper collided. Minesweepers are wood vessels to as name implies hunt and destroy minefields, to do this they have less metal parts and system. For what tech they do have it is likely shielded by electromagnetic fields, like emp, nuclear detonation, and solarflares.

Interesting, there's a clear enemy faction (I mean, the confederate guy does not try at ALL to be neutral), hopefully thats only in the campaign, as as fun it sounds, it feels like it would railroad sandbox a lot.
(Also, calling it now, a late game mission is to blow that ship they are using to bully people with but cannot replicate)
Danish style kale. 1/2 pound of kale, 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter, 1 diced apple, 1/4 cup of cranberries, salt and pepper to taste. Heat butter in pan and add kale and cranberries. Let it saute for a few minutes, then add 1/4 cup of water. Let it boil on low heat until the water has evaporated and the kale is soft. Add the diced apple and let it fry gently for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy, preferably with duck and oven roasted potatoes. :)
Does it make the kale taste any better? Never had kale before and I guess I have to go to a specific country grocery to get it. Heard that it doesn’t taste that great despite it containing great stuff.

That escalated quickly. I don’t really care for the race to the finish aspect that seems to be developing.
He is playing on hyper-speed sometimes, and you can tell he's cut out *a lot* from the video, so I think it's appearing to go quicker than it normally would, but this part of the game is exactly why it's compared to Frostpunk. I personally love it.
They should add some where you can make your own flag in this game

This game really bothers me. It's like the developers had no idea how reproducing tech after the apocalypse would actually go. All of the techs happen in the wrong order

This is just like Frostpink. The better you feel about your start, the harder the game hits you. Seem to be too... not random. This is why I stopped playing Frostpink, and it looks like I am going to steer clear of this game. For me, games are means of relaxation not new sources of frustration. I already have a shit job.
I love Frostpunk because it *isn't* a relaxing game, actually. It's a challenge, it makes you use your brain, and it teaches you stuff. It's a survival game - you have to survive, which involves strategy.
In terms of the randomness, you are right that it's not very random, but this is campaign mode, so it's literally not supposed to be. It's a campaign, so it follows a story. There are other modes, just like in Frostpunk.
Have you tried Frostpunk's relaxing mode? You might like that.
