Bro you have to start with a small house like that. Buy a small house. Get most of it paid off. Maybe refinance it to lower the payments. Rent it out and have the renters pay the house off for you. While they pay off that house you can start on the new house. Once it’s paid off and if you have a kid give it to him. Make his life that much easier.

I’ve been so iffy on selling my 135 ): it’s either keep it and single turbo or sell it and move on, but OG subscriber over here! This makes me wanna keep the 1er! From Dallas, Tx!
Honestly I’d say if you’re on the fence about it, don’t go down the single turbo route! Enjoy it for what it is or get something else because its been a long process getting it dialed 😂

Dude I tried using a keurig in a tour home. Everything worked great until I found out someone glued it shut so that the coffee wouldn’t flow into the cup. I made such a huge mess. I felt like a dumb ass.
