Like people can hate this guy, but idk why people say he can't sing because he obviously can.
He's become much much better. When I first heard him sing he was almost just screaming, and was very off pitch. Have to say though, this compilation surprised me, he's really worked on improving and it shows!
Especially 7:38, when he's more relaxed and sings more softly, I love that!

@@Sam-tk6dq I remember when he met with that AMAZING vocal coach, forgot her name, and just in that video he gained so much control. He had a lot of power, and belting was no problem, e just needed control and to know when and when not to belt. :)

Please react to the British girlgroup Little Mix! They're the biggest girl group in the world currently! They have AMAZING voices! You also mentioned that you love acapella and Little Mix has done a bunch of acapella performances and you can find compilations of them on CZcams! They're mostly titled "Little Mix: Acapella Queens" and don't feel like you need to choose a specific compilation to watch because they all have pretty much the same moments, just in different orders. :)

That motivational speech at the end really spoke to me. Wish I'd heart that when I was younger. I've always been the all or nothing type of person, if I'm not the best as soon as I start doing something, I quit. There's always someone better than me, so why am I needed? There's no spot in the world I have to fill, you all would be fine without my art, my music, my videos, me. But then again, I love singing, I love writing songs, and this year I finally let someone else hear my music for the first time. Soon I'm releasing it into the world, the confidence needed for that grows day by day, but knowing that no one is perfect and people still make music and sing all day long, it inspires me to do the same. To own the imperfectness. Thank you

You are just the sweetest! I would so love to be your friend haha! Your speech about singing makes me so happy. My voice is by no means the best voice in the whole world, but it isn't bad. It needs a lot of work to be better but I love singing and it is kind of like a coping mechanism for me I sing to "self soothe" when I'm down or angry and I sing when I'm happy. And also because I know it makes my sweet husband happy to hear me singing. Wow thats a lot of waffle. I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos they make me super happy, you are so helpful and radiate such positivity, you seem like the nicest person. 🙂 xx

Thank you! I have major problems with criticism and anxiety, especially when it comes to unknown territory like singing... so hearing you say that anyone can learn to sing really sticks!
I see so many comments saying he can't sing (In the videos he does sing), even his cover of "Never enough" was (in my opinion) REALLY GOOD! But I saw people saying otherwise in the comments and I have no idea why, you may not like him but you can't deny his ability to sing.

I’m by no means as good of a singer as I would like to me. It’s really hard to practice. When I don’t get it right, I immediately tell myself I can’t sing and I’ll never be good and I’m never singing again, but watching your videos makes me want to practice more. It reminds me that I can sing better if I put in the time and effort to improve. That I have to be brave enough to sing not-greatly and find areas to improve in order to get better. It’s impossible to improve when all you focus on is what you can’t do rather than looking to what you could do with a little practice.
So thank you for always being kind and constructive rather than sitting and making easy jokes at other people’s expense :) singing is fun and I wish more people felt comfortable doing it, regardless of skill level, because it’s a really good outlet.
I relate to you SO much. I get out of breath during a minute or two in a song im singing and immediately get off-key. I doubt myself so much and I could reallyyyyy relate to what you're saying. I've been in choir as a soprano for a year then was forced to stop because of my poor academic performance, so my high notes are somewhat fine, but my overall singing is straight bad. Watching hannah really makes me wanna continue singing, too.

his voice isnt that bad he just has the energy of those kids in choir or musical theatre that sing all the time just cause they can - like yeah your voice is nice but i don't need to hear you sing every five seconds on the way to class. and it makes me dislike his voice even if there is nothing wrong with it.
also this is not a criticism of his voice or him as a person to be honest i have no reason for feeling this way towards him its just i vibe/energy i get from his public persona. everyone is welcome to their own opinions.
People who don't know how to control themselves when it comes to showing off their talent bug the shit out of me too. Like I'm great at drawing, but how absurd would it be if I just walked into a room and started shoving my phone in everyone's face to show off my latest piece? What if I did that on the bus? In Target? In the middle of class? It would be totally obnoxious, and it's similar to how I feel about people singing to show off. Note: there is a difference between singing just bc you want to and singing just bc you know there's people in the room and you want them to hear it. In this video where he's messing with the pumpkins is just him having fun and singing bc he wants to. It's soft and not as annoying and not perfect. Most of the other videos he's pushing and showing off all his voice can do (which is understandable here, that's why he's recording). But the second one is just awful for someone to disrupt the entire work breakroom with. Chill, Sarah. We all know you got the leads in your high school musicals. We don't care. Do your job or let us eat lunch.
Point is: please for the love of God. Read the room. Stop trying to get attention on public transportation.
@@madderandmadder no matter how good your voice sounds you loose points for showing off when other people have made it clear they want some peace and quiet and while he isn't singing in-front of people that dont want to listen the energy is he same so the effect on my opinion is the same.
@@amyclarke6176 I personally don't mind because the videos are for showing off and I can just choose to not watch, but I still agree with you 100% on theater/choir kids showing off 24/7. Go home to your shampoo bottle, it's awaiting your rendition of Defying Gravity.
