    the clerk compared to farmer analogy sets the bar awfully low for medical doctors. It's a tough disease but doctors take a hippocratic oath snd should be complacent earning 6 figure incomes by signing Ocrevus requisitions.

    Stay away from sugar, seed oils, processed foods.
