Joey. You should try doing carnivore diet or keto diet. Very possible to incorporate your videos with these foods. Please research it when you get time. It literally changed my life. I was diabetic, had metabolic syndrome and hypertensive. I reversed it all when I cut the carbs and sugar. I didn’t think I could not eat carbs, but trust me when I tell you. The cravings will subside quickly. I recommend reading the book End Your Carb Confusion by Dr Eric Westman.
But Jack Scalfani from the Cooking with Jack Show has been on the keto diet for years and he still suffered his 4th stroke 2 months ago! Joey might suffer the same fate if he too gets on the keto diet as Jack Scalfani.
