One of my 2 favorite Indian snacks (the other being idli + vada + chutney + sambar). It's even better if you add some mango powder, paprika powder, and a tiny bit of black salt. And add some dhaniya leaves BEFORE it's cooked. Greetings from Slovenia.
Perfect recipe for evening snack!
This is an awesome recipe i have made it so many times and I just love it.

You missed the pun... When you buy pav bhaji from your favourite street vendor everybody does this "Bhaiyya aur thoda butter dalo na..."

Even I was thinking the same.. :D where is bhaji masala
Really that was Awesome ! I first time tried it and followed the instructions exactly, except the colour and capsicum (I don't like it), and everyone in my family was stunned ! (Including me) especially because they never expected this performance from a boy like me... :-)
It tasted GREAT ! Thanks a lot for uploading. By the way, didn't like the (over) acting though, (No Offense) but the recipe was Simply Superb ! Thanks again !

+mahogany cruz Thanks for the amazing comment! :)
For colour, add Kashmiri red chili paste, which doesn't make pav bhaji spicy and adds great colour. I use this while making pav bhaji at home. I also add regular red chilli powder for the spice. it tastes and looks great :)
parmi mehta u can as well add done beetroot for the colour..my mother's tip...
U can add beet root for colour my mother always adds it
parmi mehta

Really superb recipe but you missed the zest Pav bhaji masala
It's pav bhaji without pav bhaji masala☺️
I’m still learning about Indian food, what’s the difference between garam masala and pav bhaji masala?
@@coppermoth6069 garam masala is generally used and pav bhaji only for pav bhaji...and both these have different compositions...no comparison
Thank you!
Loved it the “chemistry”
Added extra masala while recording 😘😘😘😘
Great and quick recipe. Made it for dinner tonight and omitted food color but added pav bhaji masala and cilantro for that last 5 minutes. Very tasty and very little effort needed 😊🤤

+Hamzah Mirza I did like literally a minute after watching her version lol
I like her version.
@@karunakarki3145 Her version is more of a Dabeli than a Pav Bhaji
You can add degi mirch/ Kashmiri mirch instead to bring the red color.its not spicy so it will work as well :)

Thanks! for red color you can also try annatto seeds soaked in boiling or room temp water. We call it roucou in Trinidad. Also called Oucou or Achiote. It can also be made with oil.

Eating extra butter will burn your fats...try it.....I eat 1 spoon of Amul butter on my bread every single day for last 22 years. Now I am 35 and fit & slim. I used to eat butter in childhood bcoz I was obsessed with it. But now I know the benefits of eating it. Try desi cow ghee... that's too good for health too.
i tried this recipe out and turned out to be delicious. My family loved it
Love ur expressions and the recipe, super easy
I boiled potatoes fr making aloo tikki burger, coincidentally watched ds easy n yummy recipe n thn transformed burger recipee in to pav bhaji recipe;))) hence satisfied my street food craving here in Abroad
