INGREIDENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
2 Onions (Slices)
3 Desi Tomatoes
1 Capsicum
1 Whole Garlic
2 Inch Ginger
2 - 3 Tbsp Butter
Oil As Needed
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Beatroot
1 - 2 Carrot
1 Cup Peas
3 Potatoes
250 - 300 Gms Cauli Flower
1.5 Cups Water
4 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Bleck Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
FOR TADKA
3 - 4 Garlic Cloves (chopped )
1 Onion (Finely Chopped )
2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
FOR PAV
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Poav Bhaji Masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves. - Jak na to + styl

It took me 2 hours to cook it. Chopping so many veggies, then cooking masala then adding asll veggies than 3 whistels atleast, the make masala again and then add it and then cook it again on low flame. How as it quick. 😭😭

You can also steam the paav in a cooker ,without the whistle.
That way it will stay softer for a longer period.
BTW even in Mumbai ,the paav becomes hard and flops down if kept even for a couple of hours..
So if we need it in the evening ,we buy it only at noon.
If it's not fresh from the bakery, it flops.
