Hi Nick .... (off topic of this video) ....... I'm curious about your thoughts on the QRS player piano device. Is it possible you could be hired to create new rolls in 30s style?

Presumably the Ampico B is better than the Ampico A, but is it true that it cannot play standard 88 note player piano rolls?

Both the Ampico A and B can play standard 88 note rolls. They generally play them rather quiet. The Ampico A has the ability to add volume/expression with the manual buttons in the drawer. The B does not have that option. My Ampico B has a modify switch added by my player technician that will play 88 note rolls at the 6th intensity so that is plenty of volume for a standard 8i note roll!
