i have a question for you, it says that i need a recovery key but im not sure what mine is. i need to reset my laptop because i dont remember any login options.
Bottom right should be a skip

If i skip it shows error message…please help
after remove everything it asks for a factory key and if i press skip it’ll make me restart everything and not let me move forward
Didn't work when pressing f11. Since Is a school laptop still have 😅 and I want full control over it but I can't find a way, I want to able to install apps and things.
I went and log back into pc search on the search bar, factory reset. It says reset this pc and gives me option to remove all files and that's what I'm doing so hopfully work this way. And now saying getting things ready.

Can't install aps and stuff since it has the school administrator that I can not delete, I've tried everything to reset the laptop fully so it can be removed but nothing is working.
It's tell me to see administration I just want to reformat the hard drive that is not giving me the tools you're showing me please help me

Y’all I figured it out so when you power on the computer you will press the esc. Button over and over until the reboot system screen comes up. Then scroll down where it says F11 and then it will work 🎉

It goes to a white screen where the only options are to select language and to type in your password and i forgot that password i want too completely reset the laptop soo i can use it again
