My guy, did you entirely wipe X-3 from your mind where the Phoenix was turning an entire platoon and Alcatraz Island underneath them to ash simultaneously? Apocalypse was child’s play compared to that and you didn’t even mention it I’m glad I’m not the only one that notices Affleck might be a little dry of an actor but his superhero ALWAYS gets cool gadgets. WTF ???? Didn't we see a scene where Rorshach brutally killed a kidnapper ?? Also Dr. Manhattan was seen just annihilating Vietcong soldiers simple by pointing a finger - so why does him killing Rorshach mean more than those kills ??
I think they're talking about Superheroes, killing other superheroes, so their excluding normal people, all of the people who die in this list seem to have some Sort of power.

Same for Night Owl ( great fighting skills and gimmicks; he was the Batman of that universe) and young Miss Jupiter. Ozymandias had even superior fighting skills to them and a greater intellect.

Superheroes are just doing their jobs. Ask Family Fantastic member, Brainiac 007 of 6; licensed to assimilate and be an antivillain’s gun! Not being serious, by the way. Just ripping on the hunters for some Legendary Purpose. Fictional ones are pretty cool. Plus, we did get to see the real world’s Powerful Light of Pure Obedience to the Greater Good defeat the Bureau of Normalcy in the Jan 6 riots, too; and without any Beebo getting Doom Patrolled beforehand, at that. I think Harley Quinn owes the Blue Guardian a retraction, there. Plus, watching real world She-Hulk taking on the Supervillain, Don of the Trump family is pretty cool, even if real world Amanda Waller is doing all she can to ensure he gets away with it.
She was incinerating everything around her with the exception for wolverine due to his healing favtor constantly regenerating him, so trying a vial on a mutant thats destroying everything and everyone around her would've been pointless because it would've been gone before wolverine got near her

They never did explain why Wolverine couldn't have just injected Jean with the serum... there were plenty of vials lying around.....
