I prefer this Ironman design over the newer, more plastic looking design

That Iron-Man one was not just badass, it was iconic.
Nick Fury didn't get enough love in the Avengers movies. The assassination scene is one of the few that showed the best parts of him.
Even in a life or death, high-pressure situation, he was completely calm, resourceful, patient, and knew how to handle the problem.

What I absolutely love about the scene from Dredd is that you get to see what his #1 movie is: the law. He doesn't prioritize protecting the civilian, what matters is that the criminal is punished. Dredd doesn't negotiate, and the civilian knew it, which is why she was as scared of Dredd as she was of the criminal.

The one detail I always loved about Iron Man was the fact that every single movie you saw him in, he always upgraded his suit in some way so it wasn't just the same, boring thing every time. Shows how innovative he was and always improving and building to be better.

The way in the Iron Man scene for the most part there isn't any music is just so badass to me. Just hearing all of the sounds the explosions the gears moving in his armour. Everything

Dredd's most badass scene was simply walking away from Peach Trees with a bullet hole in his stomache just walking the whole thing off as just another day in MC1 :D
It was a much more accurate representation of Dredd than Stallone's version....who removed his helmet almost immediately in the film. Like that's biggest sin of all you never show dredds face
The choice to have minimal music during the first REAL Iron Man in action scene was absolutely brilliant. You could tell they really wanted to shock the world by saying "This is what a super hero should look and feel like on screen. Period."

That Fury chase/shootout sequence is still one of the most intense and best car chase scenes in movie history. The Winter Soldier introduction with those screaming banshee sounds was also top notch. That whole movie was just awesome. Too bad the rest of the MCU wasn't as serious and thrilling as Winter Soldier.
Those screaming banshee sounds are actually samples from the first avenger, its literally Bucky's scream when he fell off the train, just they mess with the audio a bit.

Tho many tanks have tragectory calculation tech(including the Abrams) that allow them to target slow hostile air targets such as helos, i agree with you that such a small target at high speed is impossible to hit even for a computer. But again we are in hollywood so idrc.

in that moment, Tony's body should have imploded, whether for that hit received, or at the time he hit the ground, his body should have exploded or something..
@@Peacesells699 Allow me to explain. There are many armoured vehicles known as MRAPs these vehicles can withstand small arms fire, mines, IEDs and explosive projectiles. Since this type of armour has already been made Tony Stark is shown as the weapon and armour maker thus knows the inner workings and must have improved it to withstand a lot more than explosions. Plus the tank used a high explosive shell which is usually used to target hostiles in the air, it has a lot of.......shall we say boom but no penentration ability since it needs to explode and do fragmentaional damage. Although we can see the effects of the....boom and that the shockwave knocks tony down we see that fragments have no penentration against his suit thus in this way he did explode but not the one he could have been harmed with. And finally its hollywood dude.

the armor had weight and mass to it, the movement slower and had actuator sound, the weapons simple and efficient
He was more somber and vengeful
the later ones are more like cheap toys powered by magic
But it also kinda makes sense, he got better at what he was doing and between all the avengers shit he changed the way he worked, for what he needed. Slow aint gonna work against a guy who has control of the universe.

The Kick Ass scene with big daddy will always be badass. That’s a man who lives up to the phrase, “No Half Measures.”
When I first saw him I was 'Batman' but then I saw his belt buckle and him using guns and though, no way, Bats doesn't use guns. That is the way to take out criminals and save on court time.

Deadpool just hits different, the comedy mixed with the badassery is just perfection. he wastes three bullets and doesn't kill a person and then wastes 2 more bullets getting revenge on another. HE WASTES FIVE OF TWELVE AND STILL MANAGE TO MAKE THE FIGHT LOOK EASY THE MADLAD

Classic Iron Man! He didn't say nothing, avoided the missile that was shot at him, turned, shot a little missile from his suit, then turned and quietly walked away while the tank exploded! Total definition of badass! Definitely my favorite part in the whole movie!

I miss when Marvel movies looked more "gritty". Not in a sense of tone and feeling, but everything looked raw and real. It became waaay to polished and smooth looking. I also miss them not being afraid of using black tones as opposed to the dark grey they use now. The blacks really made the colors pop.
That was back when they shot in film. Now everything’s digital.
