K-type thermocouple + MAX6675 to measure high temperatures (°C/°F) using Arduino

  • Hi, in this tutorial I'm using type K thermocouple to measure temperature with the help of its converter the MAX6675, this module is good for high temperatures projects, supervising an oven or something... here we're interfacing it with Arduino UNO board and using a simple library to read both Celsius and Fahrnheit without any problem.     Which one will detect temperature changes faster? A termistor or the thermocouple ?
