    I used it for induction motor fault detection project but it had some accuracy issues though it was the only suitable choice available.

    thanks for the video it works. I do however want to use 3 thermocouples how do you recommend we do that? Sorry I'm new enough to Arduino

      Search my channel. I have video showing how to use multiple of this type sensor.

    Thanks for the awesome video. Have you checked this for accuracy against another thermometer?

    • @robojax
      @robojax  Před 3 lety +1

      you are welcome. k-type sensors uses the chemical property of wire (sensor). The accuracy can be found on the datasheet of the sensor. You may find very cheap low accuracy or expensive good quality sensor.

    The sensor Can it's sense above 1500 deg.
    Ex: furance we can use to sense the temperature

    Hi, can Arduino supports 2 Max6675 reading concurrently?

    • @robojax
      @robojax  Před rokem

      Hi, yes of course. you can learn from this or just use it with Display. czcams.com/video/c90NszbNG8c/video.html always search my channel you will be surprised what I have. stay safe.

    I made the suggested changes in the Step X Step video but when I try to verify I still get this erro? - No matching funtion for call to MAX6675. Is there something I am missing possibly?

    • @robojax
      @robojax  Před 2 lety

      When it say missing, then you have not installed the library

    Can we measured negative Temperature

    • @robojax
      @robojax  Před 2 lety

      Arduino can do it. it depends on your sensor. see datasheet of your sensor. I have tones of videos on temperature sensor. Here is how to find Specific CZcams Video in a channel bit.ly/findCZcamsVideo

    I have done as in the shown in the video but my thermocouple reades values as C = 0 and F = 32 no increase and decrease in temp

    • @robojax
      @robojax  Před rokem

      You must be sowing something wrong. Make sure library is installed . Don’t change the code and check wiring.

      @@robojax everything has been done
      Installed library
      Rechecked my connected wires
      Gave external 5v dc to the max6675
      Done everything but nothing happened

      then the module is bad. 1000s of people have used this code. the video you are watching is part of the course but the older video have been viewed orver 50k times czcams.com/video/VGqONmUinqA/video.html

      @@robojax ok how to use thermistor to get temperature values using Arduino I want to build a project for melting plastic and converting it into a thin plastic pipe striping an old plastic bottles
      So I want add a heating element which will stop heating after reaching 80 degree
