- It is so easy for the body's mechanics, and fluidity, & agility (mobility) to become stuck, as we mature, & get older. The less we do, the less we want to do, therefore, the less we can be bothered to do, & then, our health suffers, little by little.
For any PHYSICAL activity, you have to first become active. Set out a routing, or training program, and GET PHYSICAL & just #DO IT#
TV, for instance: sit in front of the box, & relax,. over time, this becomes routine. Unfortunately making this habit an ongoing situation.
Many folk go to the gym, and work out, but most of your keep fit can be done at home, with no equipment, by yourself, if you want to.
Your joints need to create movement, (with no resistance) you need to flex your muscles, and ligaments, otherwise you will become stuck if you neglect.
In this short video, I execute simple, but effective exercises to shape, tone & firm legs, butt, bottom, bum, whilst helping to flatten your stomach, belly, & also strengthen your back muscles. This is a Core workout fitness for strength & flexibility, and believe it or not, oxygenated blood circulates, envigouring muscle tissue, and your energy levels will rise, also.
The more you do, the more you can do. The less you do, the harder you will find it, to do.
Air intake (oxygen) is essential for health, deep breathing, concentrating below your belly button, expanding one's lungs to capacity: Exhale, slow and DEEP DEEP DEEP: out with the stale air, allowing fresh oxygen to permeate your lungs fully. focus your mind into calmness, relax your body take a break and allow your breathing to take over.

Tressa, the total core muscle groups are being exerted you should be able to feel the sensation too within that area, it works for the stomach too

I'm glad I watched this. This is much easier on my knees than standard squats and gets the job done quite nicely. I'll be incorporating this into my daily exercise regimen.
