    That’s super clutch for making your brakes last longer especially during track events. Intro was spicyyyy 🔥🔥. I also dig the look of the ducts on the front bumper. Motorsport tings

    Looks like a solid upgrade to fight brake fade on the track.

      I can say first hand they work great!

    Seems like there’s minimal room for a mistake with cutting the 2.5inch circle and routing the hose through. Seems complicated but you guys made it look easy.

      Lol no margin for error with this one but we had the idea and made it happen ✊🏽

      Is there a noticeable improvement on track performance?

    • @ShrugMedia
      @ShrugMedia  Před rokem +1

      @@JakeBM4 yes sir was able to go harder longer with no noticeable loss in braking performance. Temps for rotors were also about 100 degrees less.

    do y’all think 3d printing parts that route through the openings behind the bumper would be a good idea? I’m thinking of embarking on this project but maybe designing a printing a funnel that will fit snug will help the problem you had with the hose pushing against the bumper. Thanks for the video I’m definitely learning a lot about the process 😊

      I think that’s a great idea! If it ends of working out let me know 🫡

    gotta get those brakes cool, any noise you notice?

    • @ShrugMedia
      @ShrugMedia  Před 2 lety

      No noise at all can go full clock with the wheel, everything is secured and moves with the suspension

      @@ShrugMedia I meant like air noise due to duct

    The best intentions but a bit messy, all in all. Not too impressed by the skills of your friend either. For a proper job, have a look at British CZcamsr Wardy who did this mod too on his tracktool BMW and also installed backingplates that already have holes in it. Looks better and sturdier than what you guys did, although overall the same idea. Wardy used black screws to secure the inlets properly but almost invisible.
