Accompanied by Axel Stordahl and orchestra with The Bobby Tucker Singers. Broadcast without commercial interruption on the Columbia Broadcast System (CBS) and originating from Liederkranz Hall in New York City.

    Truly amazing audio quality for November 1943, Frank's vibrato and diction are immaculate and his wonderful appreciation of his musical partner and mentor Axel Stordahl ❤. This is a gem of a posting, thank you so much.

    Lorenz Hart had passed away a few days before on November 22nd. Nice homage intro and superb rendition of "My heart stood still".
