Thank you Bob and Brad for posting this. It couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I recently got diagnosed and am really bummed. All my life I did weight bearing exercises, ate right, stayed active. Everything that is said to do to prevent, yet got it anyway. Not needing to find out what I can do. Thanks again. You have helped me with so many injuries. I’ve had doctors ask why I do this to myself, but I’m not ready to stop.

I have been teaching the Meeks Method for 12 years now. Please encourage Sara to find a publisher for her book! It used to be available on Amazon for $24, but now used ones are listed for much, much higher, making those copies out of reach for most everybody! The videos are great and I will be telling my clients about them.

This is wonderful! I’m excited to hear more from Sara Meeks! I’ll definitely be checking out her website and CZcams channel as well. My grandmother had such severe osteoporosis that she was told that she had “ghost bones”. She was so stooped over and hunch backed and I felt so sorry for her. I’m nearing 50 now and I’ve vowed that I will do anything I can to prevent this from happening to me.

How fortunate we are that Bob & Brad have opened their Channel to Sara Meeks to share her expertise & learning with us - the afflicted! Very grateful, actually, as I have an MD who resorts to Google or says the Physio (PT) will advise her what to do (regarding my condition!). Like your first patient I was very active, despite suffering a 'bad back' most of my life. 2-dog incidents resulted in fractures to the T1 &T10 (6-mos apart) & although the 1st was unbelievable, when I saw an osteopath he assured me nothing was broken & was probably nothing that some Pilates wouldn't fix then rearranged my ribs! Even the GP wasn't really concerned, refused to look at Xrays from my very worried chiropractor. Not too long after I ended up in the ER with 6-fractures, when my pelvis tried to rotate & all hell broke loose. And now 18-mos on, with my ribs on my hips I'm pretty compromised & lying on my back as you suggest for exercise is quite the dream! Not at all where I expected to be 2-years ago. Very keen to watch this series. Thank you.

I had a compression fracture in my 50's. At that time I didn't realize what was wrong and just waited until it quit hurting. (I had the attitude that if you waited long enough it would get better) 10 years later I had another one. That time I went to the doctor. After an MRI, he confirmed another compression fracture plus scoliosis, stenosis, degenerative disc disease. I was also being treated for COPD. My bone density test shows osteopenia. I have shrunk over 4 inches. I then had a wrist fracture that eventually required surgery. Last December I had a stress fracture in my S1. I think that I need Sara Meeks in my life.

I love watching Sara but she could lower her pitch and volume - just finding the forceful high pitch difficult to listen to after 2-3 mins. The sound tech will take care of the levels 👍🏼

Thank you very much! I’m looking forward to your upcoming videos. Is there a data base with physical therapists trained in Sara Meeks’ method? Also, please note that Ms Meeks’ website does not work. I get a 503 error message saying service unavailable. I have tried to access the website several months ago after seeing her on your channel, but her website was not accessible then either. Would love to see this fixed! Thank you again!

the captions when she lists her certifications say " (indistinct) yoga instructor" but she says Kripalu. I dont know if this is useful but posting it in case.

I appreciate these videos and I will keep watching. As I commented on another video I think I'm beyond help, but I will give it a try mostly because I'm feeling very unstable and I've lost a lot of my height. In my earlier years I was almost 5 ft 10 and then build and now I shudder to think how much height I've lost. I don't even want to know😢😢
