- We got our hands on the New Burris All Treaded Tire from Craft and Ride and we test it out. We talk through the what's it made of and then we ride it a share our thoughts. It' really is a great tire but we learned what makes it ride to it's full potential.

Love the review, how’s the heel-toe stability on this tire? Looking forward to seeing the drop top fender in the future. I’d like to see the pro ride traction pads reviewed from craft and ride and how they compare to grip tape.

How much PSI should I have in my Burris tire for pint x? Am 152lbs will do both trails and pavement
Solid review. Would have been nice to not had the fender on, even though it would have thrown stuff up at your feet.
But great comparison and explanation. It’ll be nice to know your thoughts of it when it snows again.
With us moving at the moment I don't have any deletes laying around because they are packed. I thought the same as you did. Once I do the review of the Drop Top then I will have a delete to us.

Just got my Pint X last night! For mainly asphalt riding with periodic gravel would you recommend either the Burris or Hoosier?

Which one is the more stable tire for pint? Great video 👌👌
They ride very similar so I can't pick. If you pick on up and is't not stable for you let some of the PSI of the tire and that will give you more.
In my opinion I like the stock tires more than treaded tires.

You gotta try the XtraRad tire then, much better than stock
There'll be better slicks for sure but I found the stock pint tyre really sticky even in the damp

Nice video!!! Was curious how this new tire was gonna ride. Sounds like Burris has another killer tire out there. Been wanting to convert one of my XR to a McNugget but would rather have treaded than a slick. Decisions, decisions, I'll be checking back to see the range comparison between the Hoosier and Burris. Great videos by the way, but yes that’s the new buzz I heard that they can extend pint range and it’s still cheaper than an xr. By the way I have an xr they are two companies out there is chi batteries and JW

Yes that is true. This is a really soft tire so it would take some really cold weather
@@ScotMendenhall excited to see how it performs in the snow, we don’t get much here in the UK, but I will be looking at a treaded tire and this one caught my eye!
I find the hoosier T1 (XR) which is quite a hard compound good down to about -10c / 14f then it's noticeably harder
Hey so i'm planning to make my XR a growler. I need a treaded you're for sure. I ride everywhere in all weather in road conditions. Trails, street, grass, snow and ice. I'm trying to decide between the craft and ride Burris collab or the Hoosier treaded with the newer compound that you reviewed here. You have ridden them all. I'm a bigger dude... what would you recommend? I currently have a T2 and love it but I haven't ridden anything other than that and the stock vega. What are your thoughts?
the burris collab from Craft and ride is a great tire and would will love that.
Did you just say the Hoosier gets more range than stock? I always heard that treaded kills range, so that's good to know. How does the range on this Burris compare at higher psi?

Yes the hoosier did get more range than the stock. That tire is so hard that you don't loose speed or miles. My next test on the Craft and Ride tire will be range and speed.

How was the carvability of this compared to the pint stock tire?

I’m looking to put a threaded tire on my pint x that’ll make it more stable and less carvy. Would you recommend the Burris or the Hoosier? Or another tire? TIA🤙🏾
I would go with the Burris and if it's still to carvy lower the PSI

Any Treaded tire will be better than the slick. I just rode in the snow with the C&R and it was awesome
@@ScotMendenhall i literally just bought the hoosier treaded tire, is that good for snow? And btw if i take the board apart and change the tire, will it still be as water resistant like if they ice on the board melts will it ruin it or if i go in small puddles. Thanks bro love your content!
Question for you Scot! I notice that more and more you only use pints, why? I have both, I love them both heartily, but in my opinion the XR is still much better, I ask, why this choice 😅
I really enjoy the XR but all my friends have PINTs so that's what we race. That said we do have our christmas day special race and we will be racing XRs. And when it comes to reviews on products it really comes down to what is coming out. There hasn't been to new stuff dropped for the XR. When new things come out for the XR you better believe we will create a review about it. Do you have any things you would like us to review about the XR?

Yep I was in the middle of moving and packed all my deletes so had to go with the fender
