- For as long as I know the Dutchies have been intertwined in the Belgian board culture. We all share one common thing. Lowlands and a love for board sports. So we head out to Holland to meet up with the Dutch connection. Before we meet up with the crew, we found ourselves a little playground on the Dutch coastline. VESC vs OneWheel XR on the beach! 31#32

@vince I think your board has a case of light flickers. This is remedied by fixing the ferrite ring in your controller so it doesn’t move around. Shredd on 🤙🏼

It's amazing how well VESC handles sand, I love it!
You can tune the VESC to whatever surface you want to ride! It takes some knowledge of the parameters but once you get the hang of it.. you’ll love it! 🤙🔥

Defo a less aggressive ride mode for sand!
The mission setting with a low psi on the XR took the loose sand surprisingly well. Also got the lightweight advantage though. Bigger riders would definitely struggle more.

Hi Marc. The e-bike was a DIY project from one of our Dutch friends. Unfortunately they are not on the commercial market. Pretty fun ride though.
