I love the solid doors, light fixtures and kitchen cabinetry. Very exquisite, grand, yet cozy feel with the neutral colors. And of course the sliding door opening up to the deck. Actually everything is pretty unique.

Very nice house. Although it is modern, the number and size of the windows, as well as the light Wall colours and cabinets give it a greater sense of space and light. Very nice.
The vacuum is hide a hose style and costs about $1000 each, usually you need 1-2 per floor depending on your house size and has the benefit of not having to lug the hose around. Didn't like the outlet on the center cabinets in the master bedroom closet, they hopefully will be covering that up with some woodwork, seeing that huge bx is not nice. Those in wall toilets are sweet and cost about $1000 each, this builder did a very nice job and spent money where others don't.
I love the house the stairs I didn't like but it looked awesome and also the master closet is just not that big, but i loved the kitchen, and i likes the bathrooms. But I love the way you show the houses.
So far I like your channel and how you show and explain the features of the home , I would like you to show what the homes look like lit up at night though , I bet they're amazing lit up at night
Hi Mandeep, Nice presentation. The central vac is a Hide-a-hose, so the hose is in the walls. To vacuum, you pull out the hose and attach the wand and foot to it. I have one - it’s great! Wondering why there’s no elevator, sauna or steam shower - are these features not desirable in Vancouver/Surrey? There pretty standard at this price point in Toronto.
Thanks for showing the comparison of the flooring at the downstairs bedroom. How different was the "feel" of walking on the wood tiles vs. the actual hardwood?
If someone came to me today and offered me a choice of this house or a 4 room log cabin in the woods somewhere . . . for free . . . I'd take the cabin ANY day.

To build this quality house is around $175per sqft thesedays? (My house lot is around 8000sqft)

That builder made a huge mistake. I would pick that house to death. All because of the Dressing island in the master bedroom @ 21:25 saw marks and all. That’s a crappy way of installing an outlet in the side. Definitely not expected in such an overpriced house.
