This is the First time we toured a french Classical Home. Definitely enjoyed it, I think the island color, hardwood, layout of the home were my favorite parts.

A little constructive criticism.
Use the term.. "We have", not, we got.
Use directional words .. " to the left or to the right", not ..down here or over here. You are selling to a higher end clientele so sound more educated. Be comfortable with the products used in both exterior and interior building. The house was beautiful but you need to up your game .
Make it sound like $1 million home you’re selling feature is boring your set up is very boring it should be expensive it’s $1 million home my guy. Maybe it’s your first time🤣
