- This week we toured a Modern Contemporary Home in West Vancouver. The home featured one of the most sophisticated wine rooms I have ever seen. The home has very modern powder rooms and the views from the backyard of Vancouver, Stanley Park and Lions Gate Bridge were insane.

1) “Over here... and over here ... and over here.... and.... “ how about changing it up a bit like “moving to the kitchen we see..., in this space there is..., in the foyer we have...”
2) let the cameraman video the space as you move to it without having you in the shot so people can get a good sense of it. Cameraman does not need to follow your every step

If you want to do something very few do, don’t just concentrate your efforts on the home itself, talk a bit about the immediate area, proximity to food, liquor, schools, roads, nearby attractions etc because those are often more important than the homes.
