You can get this house for 3.5 million with negotiation. $400,000 dollars down with good credit. Get a loan from the bank not that unattainable. Just save/struggle for 5-6 years and live good in this beautiful home for 15 - 30 years +

sick house! Now that is more like what 4 mill should get you instead of these shacks I see in Vancouver selling for 2.8 mill! That downstairs is my favorite and would make such an awesome mancave! EVERY new house built after 2021 should have a urnal in at least one of the bathrooms haha!

The housekeeper’s going to be po’d at all the glass they’re going to have to keep clean. I’ve never seen so many glass walls and partitions in a home. 😂 I still love the home though.
