For those of us who are older and tech- challenged you left out the part about how to actually use it. I got that it’s easy to order, pickup, drop off, but once you actually have it in your possession I’m sure I need to do something (?) like enter a password into my

I ordered pocket wifi because it came with the power bank I can use for all my other stuff too. Do still need the VPN, I mean I will be signed into the pocket wifi

I believe it was already in English. They make it super easy for you since it's geared towards foreigners.

You're so welcome! You don't have to return it at the same airport. There's a list of choices of where you can drop it off at.
For airport pickup how do you know which terminal you will be arriving in? I know they require a few days in advance to order but I won't have my boarding pass until the day before my flight.
Your itinerary might say which terminal it is or you may need to look up which terminal your airline will be at.
Thank you for the video...one question: does your own phone's roaming (cellular) data need to be on to connect to the pocket wi-fi? (or is it your phone's wi-fi which connects to the pocket wi-fi?)
I believe your phone just needs to find the pocket wifi's connection and you should be good to go.
Hello can i check on the website when i book the ninja wifi. If I arrive on the 15 August in the airport in the afternoon, do I have to book it on the website 1 day earlier of my arrival day like on the 14th or is fine to just book it on the 15th instead ? Great Video btw !!❤
I would probably book it a couple of days early if possible. You may not be able to reserve it on the website on the same day.
Hi, I'll be reaching in Narita Airport late at night around 11pm. However, on the website it says that the collection counter for the portable wifi closes at 9pm. Do you know if they are willing to push back their closing hours for customers that arrive late?
I don't think they can extend closing hours, but I believe you can have the portable Wifi sent to your hotel.

You can pick different locations to pick up and drop off. There's a drop-down list of options when you checkout.

Yes, there is a dropbox in front of the counter.

Yes, you can pick it up at the airport without reserving one. There are several pocket wifi booths at the airport and at least one of them will let you rent one on the spot without a reservation.

Yup, it sure does!

I can't remember the charging cable type, but it comes with one.
I'm confused about unlimited data. It gives u 3 options. 3gb 5gb or 10gb per day. So it's not unlimited data then? U can just use 3gb then u have no more data until next day? Or u have fast Internet 3gb then u have the rest of the day slow Internet?
Yes, after you use the 3GB, it goes to slower speeds (which is typical for most wifi hotspots like this). We never ran out of the high-speed data tho.
@@travelpockets Did you select 3GB? I don't think I would go over 3GB per day, but for 2 weeks I might. Glad I found your video, but the three options on website have me a bit confused on which unlimited to get.
