Some of the most rare cards in Magic's history are the Celebrations Cards. Each card marks an important event in Richard Garfields life and only less than 100 copies per card have been printed.

Even rarer are "1996 World Champion" and "Shichifukujin Dragon", made respectively for Tom Chanpheng of Australia for winning the 1996 World Championship and to celebrate the opening of the Japan DCI Tournament Center in Tokyo.
All copies but one were immediately destroyed, making them the ultimate rare card.

Last year I saw a copy of Splendid Genesis and Fraternal Exaltation during a game fair. It was so exciting! But no one around me was talking about them, maybe because this cards are very very obscure

I'm not sure this information is correct.
- I believe there's 9 proposals
- 110 of Splendid genesis
- 220 of fraternal exaltation
Just for reference, there were originally 1008 alpha lotuses

At Gencon like 15 years ago I saw a Splendid Genesis in the case for Troll and Toad. People were standing around and taking pictures of it. I've only seen pictures of it in books and magazines.
But there is was no more then a few feet from me.

They possibly printed a whole sheet and only one was not destroyed. But if I've learned one thing from gaming my whole life is that somewhere somehow another copy exists.
Possibly in Richard Garfield's personal collection.
