    Hi- I don’t know if Beverly will see this or if anyone is checking back here but I just wanted to say that I’ve been having the worst time trying to get an appointment at any MX consulate to begin Temp Residency. Im in TN now in my 2nd home but I’m from IL so I was trying to make my appt there bec I’ll visit soon. I tried online and called- they have no appointments and asked me to check back maybe in a week. I even checked IN & KS States - none. I’ll keep trying though. Hopefully others are having better luck 😊.

Thanks again.

    When you enter Mexico, you have 30 days to start the process at the immigration office nearest you in Mexico, aka INM. I understand you cannot leave Mexico until you receive your residency card. My question is do you know how long does it take for you to receive your residency card?

    • @milesandcoffee

    Hi, I'm just a bit confused. I traveled to Mexico in April 2023 just for a week as a tourist. On the plane, they gave us the paper to fill out. In addition, there was an airport employee handing them out if we needed one, when we got off the plane. Are you saying we need to do that online prior to our trip now? I plan on going for a week in April 2024. Where do I find this form?

    • @milesandcoffee
      @milesandcoffee  Před 11 měsíci

      @srvsgal they will issue you a form to fill out on the plane. During covid they were allowing you to complete a health declaration online which is no longer required.
