Yes, like the part where Trump told Michael Cohen to pay in cash, the bank statement of the payment with a bunch of evidence scribbled all over it and the checks Trump signed to pay Michael back
Yes. The prosecution hasn't really had much evidence about what Trump himself knew or did about the Daniels payout. Cohen and his phone call with Trump was supposed to be the crucial link that proved that Trump wasn't unaware or merely negligent about the false business records but was actually knowingly involved. Without his testimony, the prosecution's case is far more reliant on circumstantial evidence.

Well, with the court and jury being from NY the credibility, or even *anything* presented in the case, is pretty much irrelevant. The "prosecution" could've just said "Trump is guilty" without even saying of what, and that NY-jury would agree.
