At one point pc constituted 60% of the sales, who knows after refunds what itâs at now. Itâs possible the PC are lower than the Sony boys now, we do t have numbers though.

Releasing broken content leaves a sour taste in people's mouth too
Airburst, adjudicator, tenderizer, eruptor were all not working as intended when released and even the enemies bot ships had to have their spawns changed because they were overwhelming if not dealt with immediately and the aat's were spawning like once every 10 missions
It's hard to keep getting excited for new weapons and enemies when I know their gonna drop in a busted state
â@@natalielee35 No it doesn't, shield generator pack shouldve stayed good, it made bots not as difficult, arc thrower range nerf was NOT needed, and the stagger buff doesn't even affect bugs, it's not as fun.
â@@natalielee35hay airburst is fun. It might not be the best thing in game but it's vary fun to use and no I've not been blowing teammates up with it because I know how it works even before they made it trigger off less things
Nerfs should be a thing to bring down other weapons when buffing the others would create massive power creep
(Gun A is so good that gun B and gun C look terrible in comparison even though gun B and gun C are still super strong)

They probably wanted to bring in their friends the moment they got on but didnât want to wait on starting a mission. Yes it still sounds scummy.
It's incredibly jank. - Got several friends on steam that I can't friend ingame, and it only counts friends I have made ingame for the purposes of the friends only setting.

Hearing about frends makes me think of one group I was proud to dive with. N-3 was quiet, but they didn't need to speak. They let their actions speak for them. Both in mission and when the host told me and N-3 that one of us had to go so they could invite a friend. I was prepared to leave, and even told them I understood from my brother having to kick people when friends were hopping on. But N-3 instead returned to their ship, giving me the chance to play with the host and his two friends. That helldiver was the bravest I'd ever seen, not only having to deal with two ATATs, but charging forward past one to get to the heavy base it was patrolling.
Even the host and his friends were fun to play with given we all had mics. Their one friend they added in was a beast with his mech, wiping bots off the planet with ease as he escorted me and the SSSD to the drop off point. The host was well trained in using his kit and working by himself or in tandem with his right-hand man. Heck, our last mission saw those three working to take down a jammer while yelling to me to get to extract as the emergency shuttle was being deployed. I can only hope our paths cross again. -D4 P.I.

Well, I know they would get probably about 50k players back if they got rid of Alexus. So many people are legitimately afraid this game will sink because if his heavy handed, top down nerfing of anything decent.
And I honestly agree, it needs to change. It's not good to nerf decent weapons. You need to make the other weapons not feel like absolute crap.
I love helldivers but recent drama, lack of content, and nerfing everything to the ground is really hitting them now
Edit: I have started a war so let me address some things.
Before I go into this I want to say I love the game but there are flaws that can be addressed and I donât want some mindless fan just typing that Iâm wrong and we should cut arrowhead some slack.
When I say nerf, I just mean the weapons are bad and seemed nerfed or actually have been nerfed in the breaker and charge rifle case. For example, the previous warbond had 4 weapons, and of the 4, only 2 were good/average with the thermite being dogwater. As for that one guy pointing out the eruptor nerf, it was a bad nerf but they are reworking shrapnel so Iâll give them some leeway there.
Now the current warbond has basically no good weapons besides the smg and the incendiary impact but everything else is just bad, I understand that the tenderizer is not in itâs intentional form but my point would still stand as it would be both ânerfedâ (even if unintentionally) and just bad, and the new plasma gun shoots marshmallows. Donât even get me started on the deathless that has insane bullet drop off, the most bizarre spread of any of the guns in the game, and sometimes doesnât even kill a normal boy when hit in the chest (might be a bug). Also, to go back to my earlier point, the charge rifle nerf pissed everyone off because it was the only weapon that could deal with a good variety of targets, cause at the time we had far less weaponry and not many weapons could go through heavy armor.
As for one of my other points about there being a lack of content. âOh but they added a warbond!!!â, yeah they did but itâs once every month and most the time come out unpolished, buggy, reskins of old guns, or nerfed as I pointed out earlier. They also havenât added a new armor passive in 3 months and while we are stuck with reskinned guns, the bugs and bots are constantly evolving. This along with the declining player base due to the psn drama and my earlier points make fighting for major orders also hard.
Now I love arrowhead and helldivers 2 but there are so many flaws with their current state right now, regardless of their team size, some of these mistakes shouldnât have even happened and the only one I can give them some slack for is the psn linking cause that was mostly Sony. I like this as much as the next diver, but waving away these issues is dumb and is just blind love for the game.

What exactly is nerfed into the ground right now? Like ya you could say that about the first railgun nerf but that was reverted. So what exactly is so bad everyone needs to constantly complain about it? The quasar? Because that's still by far the most used antitank weapon? The erupter? It's far more consistent for killing mid enemies then it was? So what is it exactly?

I am hoping that this means we get a new kind of stratagem in the future. Iâm saying a deployable battalion you can call with certain weapons. Gives the helldivers some nice allies on solo play AND might be able to do things you need 2 people for. Like helping with your backpack or opening the two person doors. Plus it would really feel like an army on army conflict if we have deployable soldiers.

The whole "operations" thing makes sense kinda, and if this is the start of the war then things might start really kicking off. Both the bots and the bugs have a foot hold with a home planet at their centre.
I agree, things might start going off now. Bots have Cyberstan, bugs have Meridia. Both major footholds in the galactic map that we need to do something about real soon.
I went through the old news broadcasts and, sure enough, the very first operation was just supposed to be a quarantine on the bugs (expected to finish after 2 weeks lol), while the bots have been framed as a terrorist uprising. It ends with the closing words, "helldivers have not been mobilized to this extent since the last galactic war."
SE has only officially "mobilized" as of today. I bet SE has been mobilizing from the start, and that soon we'll hear that this is the "fastest mobilization ever"

Yeah man⊠I loved this game but man⊠they could breath life back into the game just by tweaking some guns and strategems. Iâm 100 and I want to keep playing but I think Iâm taking a break finally because the fun has gone⊠since they took it all away. Going to try the first helldivers!

I got on yesterday and tried harder difficulties and they were just brutal not fun at all. Dropped down, down and down in difficulty to find a "fun spot" and nothing. It was either boring or brutal. Definitely not fun.

So I'm 99% sure that that briefing is saying that we are going to get some AI assistance. They do not reference helldivers as the new recruits but "conscripts" instead I see a new stratagem for this coming soon. I'm pretty sure it's that troop drop one that was leaked

we need/want players to comeback i think thats gonna need a ballance pass focused on make every gun one of three things, effective, fills a niche or is just plain fun to use. forget the meta and final numbers. it will also take a content drop, not weapons, new mission types new biomes and or terrain.

If I may add my wishlist for this Major Order: SEAF troops aren't Helldivers. They'd be regular line troops, that could perhaps be NPCs to man emplacements in defense operations (like the Tower Defense mission) or (if I'm being really hopeful) get called in as a Pelican-delivered Stratagem to give us more firepower (or more likely, a distraction) while the Helldivers take care of the actual objectives.
At the least, it would be nice to have some kind of garrison on captured planets actually *defending* them and have the Helldivers aid that force, rather than a group clearly intended for rapid assault having to constantly go back and do all the work.
Yeah that was what annoyed me about the Menkent line and Varen Wells, both were meant to have defences and large conventional military presence, but that made zero impact on bot invasions, it was infuriating watching both get invaded within a day of completing the major order, they need some mechanic for these worlds they they can look after themselves to some extent
@@maddlarkin Exactly! I thought the Menkent Line was going to be like the TCS planets, where it would stop the bots from crossing, at least for a time. That's why they tried to go around it at first, then it was just like "Nah, Major Order is over, planets can be invaded as per normal now."

Ive also came up with an idea for the top portion of the space map or what ever its called, i dont have the game yet so idk what its called, but i think at the top in-between the robots territory and the bug Territory there shoud be like a planet or two that are invaded by the bugs and robots so when you land they are all fighting each other and the helldivers at the same time. It would be Total chaos and fun.â€đ

The problem with this game is that there isn't much of a grind to unlock everything. I'm level 71 and have every item on my ship unlocked and I only need 5 more items to complete every single war bond. After that, what do you play for? You can only hold so many medals and samples. I guess I can level up to the max of 150, but what's the point? It's not like your level dictates any benefit to your character. No added health, power, anything. I know that some people will say that you play for the sake of playing. And while that is true, with out some sort of grind or something to work towards the game starts to lose its novelty and people start to gravitate away from the game.
