If we are going to judge people for aging then we should get rid of all our mirrors by the time we are over 60.For what Demi has been through in her life she is ageing well. Its hard to stay youthful when your heart is broken. Goldie looks fabulous for her age. People who gain weight always age quicker. I think that the people who judge these famous humans are extremely shallow and are in for a rude awakening once they hit a certain age. Once over 40 one must continuesly exercise, eat pretty well perfectly, high protein is needed on a daily basis to feed muscle. I'm 43 and I look ten years younger. You can't smoke, drink excessively, even think bad, don't hate keep loving and taking care of yourselves everyday. Drink plenty of water,some teas, and limit coffee. Make sure you eat a variety of nuts, use aromatic therapy on a daily basis. Stay as natural as you can as humans are exactly that ALL natural.
