The best running back of our generation and one of the greatest of all time 👏👏👏👏
Glad to watch it from beginning...Skol
True
Best RB of this generation. Many have had flashes or 1-2 good season but damn this guy is the best of this generation
kadmiel martin Yea and he won MVP that's very rare because 9/10 it would be a qb , pass rusher or a Wide receiver
Compton 187 No its not
Compton 187 u funny
Compton 187 Why you arguing
Compton 187 what that's how I know u slow because 10 years is a decade dumb ass not 11 years and that's not always the case
Conclusion of this video: AP literally destroying the Bears every time he was handed the ball.
Especially early in his career. He was too fast for those big boys.
As a Bears fan I can confirm this as accurate.
Also the Packers.
Trent Meyer and packers
Killed my lions to 😢
AP IS DEFINITELY A HALL OF FAMER
The Man no doubt
No worst running back of all time for sure
Donovan Lewis Imma report ur sarcasm lmao
All Day...
AD in his prime > any back today
Ali Bakhshi no question. A.P in his prime was unstoppable.
That is his nickname rg3
Anthony Davis?
All Day = AD. That's for anyone who can't remember before 2012..
Breezy Brees Kamara 😂😂😂🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️😭😭
Simply the greatest RB of all time miss you AP skooooool!!!!
I don't know if he's the best rb of all time. The best rb of all time is either Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Walter Peyton, or Emmitt Smith. One of those 4. AP is definitely one of the top 10 for sure, but not the greatest of all time.
If he didnt miss all the games he did, he would have broken every record. He is the best RB of all time.
For most RBs, if you made a highlight reel showing all of their career TDs, the vast majority of them would be from like the 1, 2, 3 yard line, etc, but most of these are 10, 20, 30, 40+ yard TDs lol and hes breaking tackles, making people miss, doing both at the same time
Joe Dorben Chris Johnson when he was on titans had more long runs than Peterson not taking anything away ap he is a better rb but not for breaking off long runs in his prime
Everett King for what one year
Rowan Walch every year he was on titans
Everett King adrian Peterson only back ever have 3 80 yard TDs runs
@@russell9411 that's a lie kid LOL taking nothing away from AP, he's the best easily, but let's not take away the talent of CJ2K. He has the most 80+ runs, TDs and non TDs, ever. By far LOL speed kills 💯
97 out of his 100 TD's were as a viking
Legendary 🔥🔥🔥
The one player who tore an acl in December of the 2011 season, come right back next season with no lingering issues with the ACL, and dominates.. ADs a beast
SKOL NATION 2 thousand yards that year
Nobody gonna comment on his signature walk in touch down walk lol
I started to notice that. He flips the ball up every time.
Yooo, I’ve never noticed that until you mentioned it lol
I noticed that like 7 years ago lol
GOAT high step
Been doing that since his days at Oklahoma
My favorite running back of all time. I remember being able to watch him run 296 yards against the Chargers live on tv as a rookie
What you want jukes, stiff arms, speed, or just runnin mfs over AP was the best of my generation #Salute
All Day...
The reason why this guy deserve a top seat in the GOAT conversation is because for a vast majority of his career in Minnesota, he WAS the offense. He had little to zero help from the passing game. He had washed up Favre and McNabb, a Christian Ponder, Tarvaris Jackson, and Bridgewater as QBs with no outside help from the receiving game. Against 8-9 man stacked boxes, AD broke through them like they’re presents on Christmas morning.
This man IS a future HOFer, and deserves a top seat amongst the greats.
The last of the workhorse backs!
This guy in his prime is the best pure runner I’ve seen. It looks like he runs a 4.2 and can carry 5 lineman when doing so
Look how fast he goes at the end of 6:03 to get in, looks like he teleports
What he did for the vikings was just amazing, never forget #28, the reason a Brit like me loves american football and the vikings!
100 and still more to come. A.P one of the Goat's.
2:56 one of the best runs in NFL History!
It’s amazing that he kinda kept his burst and speed
Kyle McMahon his jump cut might be something he has when he’s 50 lol
If the Viking have the defense they do now with Brett and AD they would be unstoppable 🔥
If the broncos had the defense from 2015 and the pats offense from 2007 they would be unstoppable.
or the 2010 Packers defense paired up with the 2011 Packers offense, 16-0..
If the historically best NFL offense paired with the best defense AND special teams, perfect season right there.
Have you seen the 98' vikings?
Dang this guy was super fast, super powerful, and also incredibly good with his feet. No wonder he was such a beast
Geekster he’s still a beast and had 170 yards from scrimmage last night
For some reason, number 10 always stayed on my mind since I saw it live on tv. The way he goes 1 on 1 with the linebacker and literally almost makes him sit down never left my mind. Love you AP. HOF.
The past of the Vikings offense and the future of the Vikings offense both scored their 100th career TD today.
Since I’ve been alive either AP or LT are the best backs I’ve ever seen. I still got Barry Sanders as the goat for RBs
My favorite RB of all time
My favorite runningback of all time, a true specimen of raw talent with an amazing work ethic. I’m a Packers fan btw if that says anything on how much I respect this man
SOMEONE MAKE STATUE OF THE MAN. GREAT HUMAN AND A GENERATIONAL TALENT. BEST OF LUCK THIS YEAR BUD.
Just realized he has played in every NFC divison
@The Disappointed Jet He played for the saints
yeah man not once in the AFC... Strange
I don't remember if he scored a TD as a saint
@AAron He played for the Saints, Redskins, Cardinals, Vikings
He's officially my favorite back of all time... UNBELIEVABLE! He's Payton, Campbell and the rest...ALL COMBINED IN ONE.
AD!!!! I remember his rookie year like it was yesterday, what an illustrious career 🙏🏻
Best pure running back in NFL history. You disagreeing is like disagreeing that Rodgers not the most talented qb ever.
Future HOF for sure now
yeah... you would expect that to happen from the greatest running back in this generation
Da real beast mode 💪🏾💯
Man this guy is awesome. Hands down one of the best highlights ever.
i wish the patriots signed him back when they hosted him for a visit, he deserves a ring and he most likely would’ve had one had belichick signed him. peterson’s comeback season was unbelievable and all i saw that year from him was greatness.
I've never seen power mixed with acceleration like Peterson. One of a kind back, easily top 5 all time IMO
He brought us sooo much joy
thanks for uploading this nfl
Thanks for this GREAT video! Lots of memories and more to come! Go AD!
Living legend
This guy had more big plays than Randy Moss. Yes, that's a fact. Tormented the Bears and Packers for a decade. Thank you AP!!!!
Hope he has a great season so he can up his TD total even more. Hes up there with Eric Dickerson, Walter Payton, Marcus Allen, Barry Sanders, Ladanian Tomlinson, Emmitt Smith, and Thurmon Thomas for best RB ever!
When I think of the vikings in the early 2010s, I think of this giant, Adrian Peterson was one of if not the greatest RB in his time imo
My Madden Line Up
RB[Adrian Peterson]
QB[Michael Vick]
WR[Calvin Johnson]
WR[Terrell Owens]
TE[Tony Gonzalez]
TE[Rob Gronkowski]
A.P=🐐
KNIGHT SHADE stacked
TO over Randy?? c'mon man
No Moss??!!
Yup T.O. stiff arm is an underrated Madden weapon
Future HOF
The block on 68 amazing.
Congrats
One of my fav players ever! AP 🐐🐐
We will most likely never see a RB with his abilities I mean he was so insane I lived for the Vikings games to start, because u knew that AP was going to put on a supernaturally amazing show the way that man just waited to see daylight and we new he has that 2nd gear that was unbelievable he never gave up never took the easy way when he ran into contact. All I see now days are people who just don't have the ability that man had the way he did things like it was a slow motion video game stiff arms, shifting his feet from the people in front of him, spinning to get around defenders, then that daylight is when it was like ok no more slow motion, the 2nd gear would hit and it was just so special and beautiful to watch him run the way he did.
My favorite player ever, I’ll always root for you AD.
AP had his longest TD run in his career with the Redskins - 90 yards. I think it was in 2019.
Most underrated back amongst the greats. He's a throwback to the Bo Jackson's, Herschel Walker, Marcus Dupree, Eric Dickerson type backs. He can run you over, run around you, or juke your you out of your socks. Easily a first ballot hall of famer.
This brings me back to AP's good years.
In his rookie year in '07 against the Packers in MPLS, I saw AP do something that I had never seen before or since. He took the handoff, hit the jets, and in a split second changed direction TWICE!! Five Packers had a shot at him, and all completely whiffed! If he wasn't caught literally by a shoelace he was gone. Size, power, and jet speed. AP was a true rarity.
The thing you can see with so many touchdowns here is his decisiveness. When he sees something open, he makes 1 cut and goes for it and its just vicious because its total commitment. Too many young RB's these days, they dont trust their eyes, and that time they're caught thinking turns what could be a big gain or a TD, like many here, into a limited gain or even a loss. If that's one thing players can take from Petersons film, its trusting your eyes and letting the feet do the rest.
From 5 yards out of the goal line AP was unstoppable!!
So much fun to watch 👍🏉
Still love that three-touchdown first quarter against the Cardinals when he ran through Patrick Peterson on all three plays.
Truly one of the greats...
G.O.A.T.
🐐 of 2012
3 reasons why he's my favorite athlete:
1) He worked his ass off to get to where he is
2) He's one of the best in the league
3) He doesn't care about proving anything to other people he just wants to prove something to himself and shows it
Speed, strength, and vision. The trinity running back
thats why hes the best rb of all time to me,look at how bad those qbs handing it off were. i seen them stack the box 10 guys and he still broke free. 🐐
Absolute Monster!!!
Best ever. Man amongst boys
The goat don’t argue
BEAST
I love how they say his name lol. Like as if his name is an adjective.
Big respect for this amazing athlete, doesn’t care what he did, he just a new person now
Every sinner has a future
First ballot HOF 🔥
What a generational talent
Best RB i ever saw play football.
Favorite player of all time for me
Best running back
for sure
You’re telling me that 97% of his touchdowns was with the Vikings damnnn
Caprisun CN he played there from 2007-2015 so I would hope so lol. This is the greatest back of the generation by a lot. Take notice and watch some old games.
I still remember that game when he broke that record against the Bears!
Why did I think it was the Bears? lol
+OGMillyMillz Vs Anybody I believe he broke the record first against the bears then he broke his own record against the chargers
Best running back of ALL time. Don’t @ me.
Rick Sanchez nobody is even a close 2nd honestly but casual and Rick riders think Barry and Walter better smh
Watching this video reminds me of years of growing up cheering for him as the hope of the Vikings. Don't get me wrong, all the new guys in Minnesota are cool, but there is no replacing Adrian Peterson. I hope he comes back to retire. Skol!
Simply the BEST RB of all time. GOAT!!!!!
This is a new kinda running back he has made his own mark !!!!
At 1:22 he took #26 ankles and his soul. Legend
Beast Mode #AP🔥🙌🏼💯
people don’t realize how unreal adrian was., vikings o-line was always ass but he still tore it up every year
Not totally true they had a great o-line in 07 Steve Hutchinson, Matt Birk Bryant McKinnie Anthony Herrera and Ryan Cook def my fav of all time being a viking fan those guys made holes 4 AP in his rookie yr big enough 4 small cars 2 fit through.
75 was the nastiest one. Go AP
All Day er'day Baybay! He's so pretty when he do that thang! DAMN I miss him in our backfield!
Starting at 5:52 , AD literally wrecked PATRICK Peterson on all 3 Touchdown runs....My goodness
Xfactor haha yeah hes afraid to tackle him
Xfactor I didn't notice that👍🏻 that's awesome😂
+Xfactor Peterson, at age 33, with the Redskins, RAN OVER Patrick Peterson. It was stunning!
Damn I didn’t notice that before. He was definitely thinking about tackling him
I dunno, guess back in the day there were some great RBs, but this man is the greatest football player I've ever seen play.
Them Injurious slowed him down a little bit best ever.
🗣He's a created player wid all his running skills a 99 💯 😂🤣
RichLivin Ted Not carrying. AP is a top 10 running back of all time but Damn, that dude couldn’t hang on to the football
@@marauder3831 which is funny cuz he didn't fumble in his career as much as I originally thought he did 🤣🤣🤣
It’s Marauder That’s just a lie bro. I’m the biggest vikes fan, and we constantly try to diminish him. Go look up how many fumbles he has.... I’ll wait. He fumbles in a couple bad spots but to suggest he “can’t hang onto the ball” just is flat out ignorant.
It’s Marauder he couldn't hang on? For everytime he fumbled he took it to the house. No back is close to a.p period
@@marauder3831 go look it up and compare to other top 10 rbs. He is maybe 4th out of top 10 right now. Emmitt Smith, Sweetness, Eric Dickerson, Frank Gore they all have more lost fumbles than him. He did have issue for a year and then just solved it. He has 3000 touches and 27 lost fumbles right now.
Greatest running back of all time behind Barry Sanders!
I almost feel like I'm watching a clip of madden highlights, Damn AP was good.
Goat
Dang he's a beast!
Never scored against my lakers
True
AP in his prime > Kobe
@@Muchogrande83 white mamba >>> adrian peterson
AP dunked on Kobe
Woooow
Now that Peterson passes Marshall Faulk and Jim Brown with 100 rushing TDs, ranking him 10th all time, here are all of his 100 rushing TDs with the Vikings, Cardinals, and Redskins.
TDs against 26/32 teams! First ballot HOFer!
AP......miss you in Minnesota!!!
best rb of this generation.
Now do a video of the 100 fumbles!
