Yup. That was the era of the Chiefs I grew up with and what got me into football. Priest Holmes, Trent Green, Tony Gonzalez, and Dante Hall.
I was at the Colt's game. When Dante scored on that kick return, the stadium was so loud that it literally started to vibrate. You could feel the ground shaking. I will never forget that moment.
A.C. Meyer lmao are you serious

Loudest outdoor stadium til this day
Twin Titans Gaming Arrowhead is insane. I was out there for a game that was 8 degrees a few years back. The seats were all covered in ice and snow. It was so cold the snaps on my hat broke when I tried to adjust it. The crowd was still so loud my ears were ringing when I left the stadium.
You sure its because of the screaming? And not people jumping simultaneously? Ok.

The Chiefs always has the shiftiest and fastest players
Really? I can remember a better than twenty year stretch that they didn't. You might be to young to recall the late 80s and the 90s. Joe Horn was the fastest guy Marty drafted, and they let him go to the Saints instead of giving him a second contract. Where he became one of the best receivers in the league at that time.

They better be it he breaks them... By the way does anybody know the name of the background song at the start? I listened to it a thousand times but never know the name...
2:55 still one of, if not the nastiest juke of all time
I agree that juke was nastyyy
The sequence of ankle breaking, soul crushing moves he put on those Broncos defenders is my favorite touchdown scoring play of all time. That step back and burst down the sideline is epic
He was something to watch. He captivated the fans and made every punt return a main event.
The main reason for his decline was the other teams stopped punting to him and even kicking to him (squib kicks) for basically two years, but it gave the chiefs great field position. And then he got hurt.
Shoutout the special team defensive and the defensive line
True that. Itâs actually crazy because I am a die hard Chiefs fan, and he was only a decent receiver, but anytime he touched the ball on returns you knew he could win you the game. This was a time when teams would pay him whatever just to do returns because he was so great.
TheWholeYearInn I know
There was a time when Dante Hall was worth the price of admission all by himself, every time he touched the ball the entire stadium at Arrowhead gasped in anticipation of what was about to happen. I'll never forget those games and those moments, it was an awesome time in KC. Really miss the human joystick.

Probably the only player ever to come close to what Barry Sanders did with his jukes. The only thing that held back Dante Hall was his lack of size, strength, and durability. His prime was too short. But in his prime, very few players in the history of the NFL can change the game like Dante Hall.
