What was your favorite Randy Moss moment?
NFL all
When he Mooned the Packers Crowd at Lambeau Field.
Minny Paul yes
His pitch 2 Michael Bennett 4 a TD
NFL straight cash homie
You know you had a HOF career if there's a 9 minute highlight reel of only your 40+ yard TDs
Stonewall Sweet Ikr goddam
Stonewall Sweet Im a HOF wr no doubt then
Stonewall Sweet FACTS
*alternative*
Imagine how long the video would have been if it was 40+ yards plays
It's disgusting the number of times he caught a pass in double or triple coverage, and everyone falls down and he's still standing with the TD.
People try to say Peterson is better than Moss, when Peterson gets shut down when double teamed ? Moss is the GOAT .
@@tt55kwhat receiver is named Peterson?
Every 40 yard TD pass....Video is 9 minutes long.....
with no replays... insane
What's funny is, they missed a few. Like the one in 2007 against the Giants in Week 17
DrNuggetFTW I think thats the one he broke Jerry Rice's touchdown receiving record you are talking about in a season
Rice's would have to be 11 minutes at this pace. Because he caught nine more.
What's also funny, they call that pass play a second consecutive time after the previous call was negated by a penalty.
I'm glad NFL finally put in the real time in game highlights instead of those boring slow motion highlight reels.
Ikr
June Amarillo ya
June Amarillo this was ass wtf
Exactly. Real time is so much better
A-men!
One handed catch over revis is just LEGENDARY, revis was at the top of his game and it was almost impossible to even catch a ball with him defending you and Randy made him look like a rookie, he is the goat in my opinion
It was similar to the woodson one when he was so hyped moss just said well look what I can do on this hiesman winner
its not even close for me. like TO and jerry are amazing but neither of them MOSS'd u lmao
"You got mossed!" ..ah the backyard football nostalgia
Lol good ole street football games
Video games too. Especially the Madden with Vick on the cover.
Randy Moss is the greatest ever to play wr.
@@devinstigger9602 yeah, that one was '04. Vick was overpowered in that game too.
From Your Pic I Can Tell You Got Mossed Alot 😂😭
Randy Moss better be in the HOF next year along with TO. How many receivers can have a 9 min highlight reel of just 40+ yard touchdowns? I'll wait.
Nick HD56 yeah he will probably be a first ballot. I bet rice could have one this long too
Nick HD56 yeah them both inducted next year will be cool
Nick HD56 also the nfl honors will be in Minnesota I believe.
Blake Pineapple REALLY? I don't follow the NFL honors, but is their audience seating, or is it just for celebs and stuff?
TrogzNogzHD I think it's just Celebrity Seating.
Deserved a ring
nope
wouldve had one..but Ray Lewis
ray ray my babay #diehardravensfsn
Giants beat them in 2000, not Ravens.
2012 49ers vs Ravens ;) Had also a chance with the Patriots in 07 but lost against the Giants.
greenbay was the happiest team in the league when he left the vikings 😭😭😭
Young Randy Moss on the Vikings was my childhood. Life is shitty, it will always be shitty, but for those Sundays, it felt like anything was possible watching Moss play.
I went to Marshall in the early 1970's right after the plane crash killed the team and fans. It was horrible. Watching the team in the 1990's win more Division I games than any other team in the country was REDEMPTION! Randy Moss played a big part in that success. I loved to watch him play. No doubt, the best WR to ever play the game. Tall, fast, and great hands. Unstoppable!
There was a certain point where he wasn't catching touchdowns, but instead was catching offensive interceptions in the end zone. Happy 40th Randy Moss who imo was the greatest WR of all time.
It seems like he caught like 10 offensive INTs honestly.
Bad throws < Good receiver
Ace D lol that's an awesome way to look at it. Like stealing it right back as it were
Ace D the 1 he caught wit his forearm vs the dolphins when he was on the patriots
great comment
Lol true xD
The Brady/Moss duo was amazing
no superbowls doe
Seacat26 Moss didn't win a SB with any QB, so whatever lmao
Radiance all because of one giant helmet
Montana and Rice better. They actually won Super Bowls.
It was the Arizona curse. Pats lost to the giants in Arizona twice because of a crazy play at the end of the game then came with in a yard or less to losing in Arizona again because of a crazy play at the end of the game. If the Seahawks punched it in people might think curse even more.
You forgot one: giants vs patriots week 17 2007
Yea I was waiting for that one 😂
This guy’s highlight vids are good
That was only the record setting touchdown
Maybe this was posted before that 🤷🏽
They said 40, not 41 ;)
What impresses me the most is his ability to locate the ball on those bombs. It's like he had a sixth sense for that.
Straight up
Yes. Randy could really track the ball in flight.
@@josephpeeler5434 so true, great vision to go along with his hands. Haha so funny watching bc qb’s practically just had to throw a bomb downfield and Randy would take care of the rest
He said he used to practice catching tennis balls deep downfield
There are quite a few missing here. Some off the top of my head is the one vs dallas in 2000, the two in playoffs vs saints, and the record breaker vs giants.
Randy Moss is better than Julio Jones
Yep
ttcapt46 DUH
ttcapt46 W
ttcapt46 they're both good
So True! (Insert that salty Falcons fan In 3, 2, 1...)
THIS ISNT EVERY TD FOR OVER 40 yards... THEY MISSED A FEW INCLUDING THE RECORD SETTER FROM TOM BRADY AGAINST THE GIANTS THAT WAS WAY OVER 40. Randy the goat🐐
Read the title.....for what
They also missed one from Brett Favre to him in 2010 that was Farve’s 500th td pass
@@TheHotdog742 that was 38 yds
@@TheHotdog742 That one was only 37 yards.
Yeah, Moss also had two 50+ yarders in a playoff game against the Saints in 2000 that weren't included. Should be around 3:40.
He had no one moment. His entire career he did many things. That's why he was a first ballot hof. One of the best to ever play the game to catch a ball.
Most talented and feared receiver in nfl history!
If Moss and TO aren't in the HOF next year, we riot.
SmileyTheKID3991 I completely agree. hell if they are not in next year they should shut it down.
jay hig Terrell Owens
SportsFreak Jerry rice is in the hall of fame he was inducted in 2010 dummy
SportsFreak u aint a sports freak
Now how do you feel?
Wait a minute.... did you guys really forget Moss and Brady's record setting TD against the giants LOL
Tazer183 maybe it's not in there because it's not the record anymore lmao
Breen Machine yeah it is, Randy still owns the single season touchdown mark that year with 23. Peyton did break Brady's record though.
Tazer183 that's what I said bruh
was it over 40 yards?
Well over 40 yards look it up lol
The most talented WR of all time
Daniel Olsen John Ross is ass tho
Daniel Olsen “John Ross” LMFAOOO
Daniel Olsen moss ran a 4.25
Need more videos like this. NFL has unlimited footage at their disposal
I think he could still help make plays for a team at 40.
I agree
james gutierrez no
I think he could right now in 2021
He's getting double covered on almost all of these plays and he still comes down with the ball. What a legend.
Greatest ever in my opinion
No replays, every clip is as short as possible, 9+minutes,
GOAT 🐐
Randy Moss consistently created separation from DB's at the pro level that you only see at the college level. He was taller, faster, and quicker than everybody on the field. From 1998 through the 2009 season Randy gave us a show to remember. When he teamed up with Brady that was a treat to watch especially that first 18-1 season with him. What a squad they had that year!!!
Some aid these catches are just f'd up...always the fastest guy on the field, the agility to get both feet down, keeping his hands low so the DB chasing him doesn't even know he's about to catch it....it's just not that easy wtf
True. Ive never realized that about Moss keeping hands low until this comment. Props to awareness of that !
Haha just so wrong some of 'em
That's why he's the greatest ever in my opinion, won't see another like him ever....
"Why do people say Mossed?" Me: "You got nine minutes?"
It is so beautiful, it kind of brings a tear to the eyes.
this is crazy. these QBs are literally just putting everything they have into some of these throws and its still not enough for randy. The real GOAT
Every Randy Moss 40 yard plus catch . Video is almost 10 Minutes long 😂😂😂😂
Eastwood Rufus plus, this is only the touchdowns
Rice's would be longer. Because he caught 59. Moss only caught 50.
Manu Ginobilis Bald Spot Bullshit
Manu Ginobilis Bald Spot "only"
no bs
OK, he doesn't have a 'ring', but to put Moss into proper perspective, he is the highest scorer on the two highest scoring teams in NFL history. To break THAT record, the same player would have to play on THREE teams that were the highest scoring in NFL history AND be the highest scorer on all three. That isn't gonna happen. The best ever. Period.
Good point
I know I try to stress this to people. Two different teams did the same thing and he was the leader in both. And don't forget the Dante season had 18 tds and made Dante look like a HOF when really he kinda sucked
But your right to have another do it better would have to first break the scoring record once lol and then do it again on another team to show it was you that made it happen
The BEST. EVER. PERIOD.
Agreed and it's not close in my opinion.
Best receiver in NFL history bar none.
@Daniel Olsen jerry rice played against plumber dbs in the 80s. If Jerry Rice the goat the Emmitt Smith gotta be the GOAT RB cos they have literally the same career. But no people consider sanders the goat cos he did more with less. Moss did more with less around him. Rice had 2 hall of fame quarterbacks for 16 straight years. Moss is the Barry Sanders of receivers
@Daniel Olsen No way bro
All you have to do is ask...." if you're starting a team who is the first wr you choose?" No one is gonna get picked over Moss.
@@MrMapjaw Boom!
Randy Moss, NFL Hall of Famer, respect 💪.

Facts...
Some of these just don't make sense to me. He had so many TDs in the endzone where it looks like he's just standing there waiting for the ball with defenders draped all over him. They had just as good a chance at the ball as Moss yet Moss always managed to pull them in, even without jumping!
Kyle S his hand eye coordination was beyond average, he could track a ball an predict the location on where to be.
Kyle S and his size could box defenders away from the ball
640 double coverage. Hurt one, caught ball with a hand
Seeing DBs laying in the endzone after he's done with them.
They're like
"Why do I even do this lol"
Moss turned the endzone into a cemetery for dudes' confidence
Simply Amazing
I need Moss on madden
Steven c lmao
In Madden '03 I used to do the fantasy draft all the time just to play with Moss on the Pats.
Steven c Ikr
How is this guy not in the hall of fame yet?
Shockwave Highlights he hasn't been eligible because he played in 2012 with the Niners. 2018 is his first year eligible I think
eligibility is 5 years after retirement so he's on the ballot this year
He is only eligible this year
Sarada Sreeram he's eligible for this year and all the other years after that
He's a first ballot lock.
I always loved watching Randall Cunningham play, Randy Moss was and still is my favorite receiver. RC went to UNLV (my hometown college) and was my biggest inspiration when I played back in high school 8 years ago. I'm so glad you guys made this compilation! Thanks NFL.
Thank you for your contributions Moss, had a lot of fun watching you and Brady put on a show every week.
Damn I wish he could've got a ring with the Pats 😔
K. D .T me too..... I don't care about him getting a ring actually I just really wanted us to win that game
K. D .T he should have never left the vikings. he should have been on the 09 team and what already should've have been a super bowl winning team would have been arguably the best team ever assembled
K. D .T I wish we didn't choke in that 98 NFC championship because I believe we would beaten Denver in that sb had the Vikings made it
K. D .T eww a patriot fan

GREATEST receiving talent that will EVER play! It was like playing “500” as a kid-& Randy would just out RUN you, out JUMP you…out ‘GREAT’ you 💪🏽🐐
Best receiver all-time I watched him in the late 90s early 2000 goat 🐐
No way pal. Rice by a mile. Rice did everything Moss did and a lot more.
Strait cash homie
straight cash, homey
Watching these replays bring back goosebumps. Love Randy Moss!
Damn, so awesome seeing Randy play. This guy was a freak of nature the way he played. Being a Viking fan and watching him play was nothing I've ever seen before. Thanks for the memories Randy..
I don't know why, but Randy with Vick would've been sick
oh boy... just inappropriate. YIKES😲😲😲
Dude I'm watching this video because I'm tryna enlighten this guy on that argument. They would have been unstoppable because you gotta use a safety or corner to spy Vick and moss must be double teamed so it's either let Vick run by you or let Moss run by you and let Vick launch it to him.
This.. this would’ve been disgusting. Too good to be true. The dude above me said it perfectly. They would’ve been unstoppable
I know stats are stats and they don't lie but if you watch the highlight reels of Jerry Rice, Terrell Owens, and Randy Moss and just take it at face value, without dwelling on total yards, catches, touchdowns etc...Randy Moss makes anyone else's highlights almost look boring. He was the most explosive and dynamic receiver to ever play the game. I know people disagree but just compare the clips.
Put together 40+yd TD clips for each of those WRs you mentioned and lets see if they're 9+ MINUTES LONG
And the straight up running right past dudes that had GOOD angles on him. He did that a lot. Like, a LOT.
With scrubs throwing to him most of the time
I respectfully disagree. Rice did everything Moss did and then some. Jerry Rice highlight reel is far superior because he did way more. Just watch this CZcams highlight reel of every Jerry Rice touchdown. The video is 46 minutes long of just Jerry Rice touchdowns. No other highlights. He has countless deep ball 40+ yard touchdowns but he also has other routes he scored on too

Watch and see how long Jerry Rice highlights are of just touchdowns lol. 46 minutes long.

I had 3 ads total on this one video one Moss' 40 yard touchdowns...that tells you how incredible this man was. Truly the 🐐
Whom ever is running the NFL youtube page should get a raise, this is an awesome video.
Just off the top of my head, I can think of three touchdowns they missed: two fifty-plus yard touchdowns from the 2000 divisional round playoff game against the Saints, and his record-breaking 65 yarder in '07 against the Giants.
lol i commented the same thing. Weird
Dang he burnt so many DBs. Know they dreaded playing the Vikings.
Like dudes bout to fight Tyson in his day.
He is THEE only player that brings me to tears when I see him play. Just an absolute beast. Thank you Randy Moss for the opportunity to see you play. You are the reason I wanted to play football.

Anyone else watched and then felt, this video is coming to an end right? Checked, there’s still ten more minutes of it? Moss is unbelievable!!!
Super talent. Hand/eye coordination is outstanding.
GREATEST WR OF ALL TIME NO RICE NO TIM BROWN ONLY MOSS
I'll take Rice or Tim Brown over Moss. People always make excuses about Moss's QB, well Brown's QB's were steaming piles of garbage and he still got it done. Makes Moss's excuse look rather weak.
your a moron if u really think any of them better than moss brown and rice can be stopped ask deon sanders moss would have touched sanders@@xaviervega468
How do you forget Brady's 50th TD pass to Moss against the Giants in 2007?!?
Yep, that one was like 70 yards too.
Also Brett Favre's 500th touchdown pass was a 40 yarder to Moss.
Pats459 because the record doesn't stand anymore ? Peyton manning broke that record
Breen Machine Who cares its still a touchdown
Breen Machine it's still Randy's record
Nah, that was a 37 yarder. I remember because i'm a vikings fan and it won me my fantasy league that year.
It wasn't only his athletic ability. The way he could track the ball was insane.
The Greatest Ever! I wish I could hit the like button a million times.
Better than Jerry Stickum Rice ✋🏾🤚🏾🍯🍯
Manu Ginobilis Bald Spot lmfaoooooooooo!!!!!! :D:D
Manu Ginobilis Bald Spot don't be salty that Rice was a cheater..
Moss >>> Rice (since he admitted to using stickems)
Cole Slaw rice was still burning people out the water. He still would've caught them without stickem
Um Yeah Vikings Moss way better than Patriots Moss no question
Trey Hawkins no, he just played longer on the Vikings. His most dominant year was in 2007, don't even argue.
L C That was only one year though
L C 07' broke that td record
To clear things up. Moss did have Brady and was one of his only targets. Yes Moss was outstanding on the Patriots but if im starting a new team. I am without a doubt taking Vikings Moss. Younger, faster, hungrier, and raw. No one could cover rookie Moss. Just so dominant that year.
Yup.
Compilation of the same exact play that never gets old
What a pleasure he was to watch.
Randy Moss, GOAT!
His best QB's were Cunningham and Brady, the rest were mediocre.
It would have been great to see Moss, Adrian Peterson and Brett Favre play together on the Vikings.
He should have gotten at least on SB ring along with Peterson. Shame.
Moss > Rice
Agreed.
Got that right
Naw son.
How many people are here after that one PFF guy said Tyreek may be the best deep threat in NFL history?
This video should put that argument to bed.
I wish moss would have stayed longer in New England. What an amazing athlete. We will not see a WR like in a long time. OBJ, brown, fitzgerald, Hopkins, jones, Johnson (I'm sure I am missing some) are all great players but they don't have that strait cash magic homie. Miss Randy moss. I still put on my reebok elite Randy moss jersey!!!
Jacob Smith randy moss is the most talented football player of.alltime .. easily the best.deep threat of alltime... moss had another gear and he could jump out of the statium

nice work nfl channel. please give us more legend footage
The one at 6:42 is the best he made in NE, it looks so effortless but he was blanketed by 2 defenders and tracked the ball perfectly to get enough space for the ball to land perfectly between them where he could let it drop into his one hand. If he stopped and tried to high point it one of the defenders could have made a play on it but because of how he adjusted he didn’t give them a read on when the ball was coming in and it fell perfectly in and he made the one hander look so easy.
Imagine Aaron Rodgers having Randy Moss.
You don't put the greatest Viking on the packers. C'mon, man!
Ever wonder how washed up guys like Jeff George and Randall Cunningham were able to have good seasons at the end of their careers? Or how people used to think Dante Culpepper was actually good? Or how Brady briefly held the touchdown record? Just watch this video. Pretty easy to put up good numbers when you can just fling jumpballs into the endzone and let Moss do the rest.
Brady before moss 28 tds highest seasonally. With moss 50.
And Dante Culpeper was so bad omg
Both Cris Carter and Randy Moss have stated that Jeff George had the best arm and was the best pure passer they've ever caught passes from. That's kind of saying something, considering that Carter played with Warren Moon while Moss played with Brady. The problem with Jeff George was his attitude in Atlanta that more or less made teams skittish to bring him on; he's still one of the greatest QB talents to ever put on a NFL helmet.
Best deep threat there ever was.. How incredible is it that a video with all his 40+ yard touchdowns without any replays or fillers still takes over 9 minutes
Bruh this guy was such a luxury to have.. With him your QB didn't even have to be best. Just throw it up and let em get you 7!! Dope
Lol 9 minutes long gg jerry rice
207 touchdowns, 3 rings. gg moss
Most yac yards in history always open, 1200 yards at age 40 gg moss
Randy Moss or Jerry Rice?
Moss
Bedazled Randy Moss. Fucc the Stats i need 1 touchdown with ZERO SECONDS LEFT. THROW IT TO RANDY !!!!!
Bedazled moss
Jerry
Jerry rice is more of a complete receiver and can do amazing things with the ball in his hands. Ross is a freak that needs to be double covered on deep routes. IMO jerry is better because he was a deep threat too, just not as bug of one but his run after the catch is what made him legendary
this guy is awesome
Unbelievable
Best wr to not have a ring
Robert Kane That's the truth. I would say he's even a top 3 player of any position without a ring. It would be Marino, Moss, and Barry Sanders. It's so tragic that none of them were able to win one.
We all miss randy moss
One of my all-time favorite New England Patriots. It was short, but incredibly sweet and some of the most fun I've ever had watching a team.
He is the GOAT
Simply the most gifted receiver of all time!
You could not overthtrow Moss. What a special player.
randy was a damn monster. probably never gonna see anything like it.
Once I seen 40+ touchdowns I knew this video was gone be about 10 minutes long.. Happy Birthday to the G.O.A.T
