Pursuing that time-machine look. The stock Supra makes me feel like it just rolled out of the dealership in 1994.
Patience paid off! The look of the wheels make the entire package stunning.
Thanks Jim for helping out! Really appreciate it.
It’s soo clean 😭
Thanks D! I love the wheels. I hope your having fun with the STI. We need to catch up sometime.
Looking good!
Thank you!!!
What a great car OEM as designed by Toyota
I love the OEM look also. It took me a long time to find those wheels, but the wait was worth it. Thanks for watching a few videos on the channel.
So happy to see these on a clean car. Stock tt wheels are worth all the money.
Thanks Dan! I love the look and the car feels different. The wheels weigh less compared to the two sets of aftermarket wheels I have owned.
SO CLEEEEEEANNN
:D
When i got my Supra in Aug of 2020, it had the oem polished 17x8 fronts and 17x9.5 rears. I still have them in the shed and i won't get rid of them ... Sorry just need to keep them as well as all the oem parts i removed from it for the bolt on upgrades.
5 yrs huh ... glad you found them
Nice! Keep those, they are worth a lot. It is hard to find polished wheels. There are chrome sets out there, but the polished ones only came out during the 97-98 models.
@@DriversTherapy Yea its the 98 model with the polished wheels, i drove the Supra oem stock for 2 months after i purchased it before the bolt-on itch took over.
@@ACommenterOnCZcams Nice! What wheels did you did you end up with?
@@DriversTherapy sent you an email with pictures
Nice look! Glad you finally found them!
Thank you! I am excited :D
Very nice men!! I also am looking for those!
I would recommend to use a 25 mm spacer, I have this with my 16 OEM ones and looks so much nicer, and you don't have to do anything with the fenders just keep all stock
I am very happy with them. They look great!
I had no idea the oem wheels were so wide! That's a lot of tire for a 90's car, especially compared to the NSX. They look great!
They have some good width for sure. I think they have a nice stance on them as well. And I was surprised how light they are. Thanks Jacob for checking out the video!
275/40/17 Perfect Size Tire
Something about the OEM wheels on 90’s JDM cars has a simple magic that aftermarket wheels can’t touch.
I love polished OEM original NSX wheels!
:D I agree! I love me some OEM wheels.
I rember years back I saw a set on Craigslist for $400 but at the time I didnt even own a supra yet
They were do cheap. A lot of that happening now. Things are expensive from the past.
I polish wheels for a hobby if they where gray I make them polish thats what I like doing takes alit of work but it would looked like the ones u bought
These do look better man, congrats on that find.. love the Supra and the NSX and the channel, stay awesome.
Thank you, man! And I appreciate your support and positive comments. Motivates me.
Those rears look thicc! Probably the width/diameter ratio, but they're 9.5' in the rear right?
Yes, they are 9.5 Not bad for wheel design in the 90s.
What offset are these stock Supra wheels?
17" x 8" (50mm offset) for the fronts
17" x 9.5" (50mm offset) for the rears
@@DriversTherapy thanks for the reply man!! I need to buy wheels for my 99 sc300 and I’m doing the big break Supra tt upgrade and needed to know, lifesaver🙏🏾 the car looks amazing btw! Do you have instagram?
