Momota was relaxed and smiling in this match, I think he enjoyed playing against LZJ. Momota was either playing or trying something new after the interval of the second set.
This match is between an established player and rising star. Lee Zii Jia still have lot to learn, great potential to be world class one day.

I was once thinking in last year that Lin Dan had a chance to capture third Olympic Gold in Tokyo 2020 when Lin Dan won the Malaysia Open 2019.
With Momota's latest form, I don't think LD will even make it to the Tokyo Olympic 2020, let alone winning it.
Momota's while not superior in his attacks compared to the young prime Lin Dan, his control of shots in all 6 corners, court coverage, pace and almost everything except smash, is on well-balanced positions and high accuracy.
Not a big fan of any player who relies more on defensive shots and control shots than attacking, but Momota's precision and consistency are to be admired.

momota can handle any player who is playing his pace or below his pace, but once that it became faster than his pace, then he loose his accuracy and precision

Shi yuqi or Ginting can up the pace in 1 or 2 sets but when it comes to 3rd set, they can't maintain it. Especially in the last 10 points of the deciding set, it's Momota, among those ones who have the strongest stamina and mentality, up the pace with high precision. How many times you see Momota lose in 3rd set?

Lee need to improve his fitness. Movement a bit slow, not so agile as champion legend Lee CW. But junior Lee got potential, but need to work harder, speed, fitness and trick shots.

Though, he has great potential in the future. With hard work and increase his defense skills, he can stand tall with other world-class players.

How does Lee Zii Jia have absolutely no shame making the server wait EVERY time he begins his motion? Like if their game was actually on the same level and the match is close I'd understand for some points. But Zii Jia is not even close to Momota's level... how are you going to disturb his serve basically each time 🤦🏻♂️
