Turkish drone traces suspected heat source of Raisi's crashed chopper

An intensive search is underway after a helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and other senior officials suffered a "hard landing" in northwestern province of East Azerbaijan. The landing area had been narrowed to a radius of 2 kilometers. Türkiye has dispatched a drone to assist. Ankara-based Anadolu agency said on social media platform X that the drone has identified a "source of heat suspected to be wreckage of helicopter carrying the Iranian president, and shared its coordinates with Iranian authorities."

Azerbaijan imports most of Israel's weapons. Why in the world would you go anywhere near that?
Not all leaders are cowards. In fact, some are extremely brave. Some of the greatest were the bravest, take mao for instance. The iranian president can go anywhere he wants in his country.
East Azerbaijan is a province of Iran, they are same people as Azerbaijanis from Azerbaijan but not independent rather living in Iran. For many centuries Azerbaijanis ruled Iran instead of Persians, after Russians invaded Caucasus half of Azerbaijanis remained under their rule while other half in Iran while with reduced Azerbaijani population once again Persians gained power.
